8/10 Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Everett

I was Visiting the Boston Area on the weekend of March 8th. The people I was with took me here. Mind you I am from Virginia, so I tend to frequent small bars, good food with good drinks... Upon walking into the 8/10, I felt at Home. I was there with a friend of mine and the Bartender was joking about her and I, it felt nice to have a bartender that actually did that, reminded me of home. We ordered food, and a few drinks, and when it got there, it was amazingly great. The atmosphere of the place went right along with the food, just as great. The people I was there with were focused on something called "Keno"?? Still not quite sure what that is, but right in front of me was a Red Sox spring training game on, which suited my needs, until I was quickly reminded by the bartender, and her, that I was sitting next to a very pretty lady lol. The whole place made this southern man feel like he wasn't so out of place. I am returning to Boston in a move, and I'll be frequenting this bar every chance I get. Think I may have found my second home... Thank you guys for the great service, and for trying to teach me how to speak in...

A hidden gem. This family owned friendly place always makes me feel welcome. We found it by total chance several years ago and keep going back. Their dinners are wonderful, we usually get pasta and something delicious with it. My husband loves the veal parm, and he always raves about the sauce.I really adore the fresh haddock special with pasta on Fridays. Plenty of food, super fresh and always leftovers. Went here a couple of weeks ago on an early Saturday evening with my boyfriend who had heard the food was great. I was skeptical because it was almost empty. We saddled up to the bar and met Billy the best bartender and server. Great food and old school atmosphere. Came back tonight and felt like we were regulars 😊. Billy even remembered our names!
