Updated: I had a 5 stars review but I received the worst service tonight. A place that doesn’t value the customers that keep coming back is just not worth it.
First, I ALWAYS get shrimp taco during taco Tuesday, today they told me that shrimp taco was never a thing during taco Tuesday. I literally have gotten it every single time and with that same waitress.
Second, they overcharged me tonight and denied to fix the bill. I was charged additionally for the avocado that has ALWAYS been included in the price of the tacos. Unbelievable.
When I brought these issues to attention, the same lady that has served me for over 10 times said she’s never served me before and that probably someone else gave me the shrimp taco and did not charge for the avocado by mistake. It’s literally her. The same girl from all the other times.
Take a look at my old review below. This is how you scare away your regular customers.
Old review: La Hacienda is really good. Their taco Tuesday is my favorite thing! Am I coming back? Ohh...
Read moreI was amaze by the service of this place. Our server went above and beyond. We were a big and loud group and were asking for stuff left and right and she attended us with no problem; even catching our jokes and going alone with it.
The drinks were very good as well. I got a passion fruit margarita. The food was super tasty. Warning: you may get into a good comma. The only thing my friends noticed is that we got the free wings that came with an offer and one of the wings batches were cold.
Bathroom is very clean, but there’s only one stall for females and one for males so if the place is pack you may do lines. The scenery overall is very picturesquely.
There’s meter parking on the back and on the street. I had no problem finding parking on the street on the Super Bowl Sunday.
Aaaand they have karaoke! We are planning to go again to hit the Karaoke stage!

Read moreThis place needs a little fixing to their menu and they’d be the best restaurant in all of Everett. Compared to Mi Pueblito, Taco Loco, Rincón Limeño, all these other restaurants have delicious meat, rice, beans, salad, and more. Unfortunately the only good thing about La Hacienda is they have good meat. That’s it. The rice made me gag. The beans feel old and gross. Their rice and beans have no flavor. How can you open a Mexican restaurant without good rice and beans. I sincerely ask the owner to change the current rice and beans and salad they are using and try a more delicious combination. Other restaurants are way better with their rice and beans and it makes me want to never buy from La Hacienda again. Meat - 5 stars Rice - 1 star Beans - 1...
