Absolutely wonderful! We drive out here from Somerville because the soft serve is great, there's a big selection of other stuff, the prices are fair, and the guy who runs the place (at least, I assume he runs the place) is awesome. He's so chill and accommodating and nice. He anticipates your needs before you realize you have them and offers solutions. I interact with him for less than a minute and I walk away thinking, "what a pleasure." I recently got a medium slush (strawberry lemon is omg delicious) and I was just gonna take it as is and deal with it maybe dripping a little in the car because, I mean, that just seems like the cost of doing business when it comes to summer treats in a hot car. But nope! He knew it would get drippy and he offered to put the paper cup with slush into a larger, plastic cup. It saved me a mess and sticky hands. It's a small thing, but he's very thoughtful. I love this place for many reasons, the icecream is yummy, they have a great selection of flavors and different items, the prices are reasonable and the whole vibe of the place just feels comfortable. Even when it's busy, I never feel rushed, even when my two small children go back and forth on the flavors they want or if they want hot fudge, we are always treated with kindness, patience, and respect. It never feels like we are a bother or a chore.

I have been going here since I was a little kid, (25 years ago!) I would walk here with my grandpa and we would have ice cream together. They are some of my fondest memories, and now, I get to walk here with my kids and give them the same memories! But with a much larger selection of options haha. I understand that this is a once in an off chance and it could’ve happened to anybody. I have worked many jobs in the food industry, and know that this is something that happened unintentionally and nothing at fault to the owner or the workers something that just happened based off a simple error* .

I just got home from getting my ice cream from my self and my family and I found this in my ice cream.
