Dragon Chef — Restaurant in Everett

I’d like to edit my review, I see a lot of people talk about the customer service. Idk about everyone but when I was picking up my food today it was clear that this persons customer service was not up to par. I smiled and asked is your week off to a good start? She replied very kindly in her own way and continued to thank me for my ask. Also the food is so yum! We used to eat here 30 years ago, in high school. I remember they were good then. Time passed and for one reason or another I used more convenient places, idk why though! They saved my NYE last night! I was so grateful to even place an order when I did! Then to get home and see the food is still delicious and fresh, just as I remember it!!! It says they close at 11:30 i called at 10:06 and asked if they delivered and she says ( no we close in 15 min) i say i thought your open till 11:30? Her response is (tonight special we close bye bye)..... whats the point in being open 30 min later then all the other chinese restaurants if you wont serve us? I live right around the block from them i eventually found a place all the way in malden called sun kong whos open way later and will deliver all the way over here in everett and this place wouldnt even let me pick it up??? This place sucks. But i cant comment on the food cuz i never got...

Like another reviewer said, zero could be the appropriate rating for this place. Unbelievably rude. We asked if they do deliveries in Melrose, he hangs up after asking us not to waste his time. Since we spent a lot of time looking at the menu online and deciding, we call back again and tell him we'll come and pick up. We hope that at least the food will be tasty, and that is not the case either. The appetizers were ok. The food is pricey for a take out place.
