I dont think I have ever written a review before but I feel like with this I have to. I've been going to this Starbucks for a long time and have never had a problem until recently. I had an appointment at 3 and got there at 2:30. When I first walked in it was an absolute mess. There was trash and dirt all over the floors and it took about 5 minutes for someone to come over and even take my order. It wasn't even busy at that time there were maybe about 4 cars in the drive thru and 3 people including myself inside waiting for their order. The girl taking my order was very sweet but there was this one guy working who was really loud and agressive. While waiting he was joking around with a couple customers and he said something about how he would rather be drinking right now. At this point I had been waiting over 25 minutes for my coffee and when I went to ask how much longer he said he was to busy and wasn't sure. There was quite a line at this point both in store and the drive thru and not wanting to be late to my appointment I left without my drink. All the staff seemed friendly except for the one guy doing the drinks he was being very agressive with the way he spoke to customers and handing drinks as he was putting a bag of something on his head and...
Read moreI'll start by saying I love this Starbucks and I have a lot of good memories here. I did college homework here when I was switching jobs and I go for little dates and outings whenever I can.
However, I'm sitting here today writing this because one of the employees-I don't know their name, just that her hair's in a high bun and I think it has a tinge of green-was verbally berating an employee with a cap that said "Dad" on it loud enough for the entire store to hear, easily. I was so so embarrassed for this person, who stood there taking it like a champ and continued on working as best they could. If I were ever spoken to that way at work, in front of customers, so outrageously loudly, I would immediately burst into tears. I don't care if she's being "brutally honest", as she so shouted across the store, or if she's training someone new, you shouldn't talk to ANYBODY like that. No one deserves that much disrespect. Cheers to the employee on the receiving end for keeping it together and obviously trying their hardest-but I will have to seriously reconsider whether or not to come to this location in the future if there's a chance of watching someone get humiliated in...
Read moreThe only reason I gave this location 2 stars instead of one, is because its Starbucks and I love them. Do not bother going to this location, if you can help it. First of all, its always packed, especially the drive thru. Sometimes they keep the cars moving but most of the time, plan on being in line longer than 5 minutes. Yesterday I went there and I purchased a venti salted caramel cold brew. After an 8 minute wait they handed me a grande salted caramel cold brew. The sticker on my cup was correct. They just made it wrong. They offered to fix it but I didn't have the time to wait for another one so no refund and no correct drink. We there again today, drive through was a little quicker, only about a 5 min wait. Got up to the window and couldn't find my card so I counted out exact change with cash and apologized for it. I got no response just an eyebrow. I can only assume it was because I didn't have enough cash leftover for a tip? So if you're in a hurry, want your order to be correct, and can't always tip, this...
