KFC — Restaurant in Everett

Avoid this location at all costs, it'll just tick you off when you spend your hard earned money at an establishment that 1. serve some of the nastiest KFC I've ever had and 2. Has a staff that is just as cold as the food they serve! There is in particular an old man with a limp and such a nasty attitude for absolutley No reason! He, in a very condescending way repeated the lady's name back to me that I was picking up for, multiple times and in a way that made him sound... under the influence of something?! I did nothing but walk in, greet him with a smile, asked him how he was doing and told him who I was there for. At no time was I rude or disrespectful to give him a reason to act so, belligerent? He then handed my the smallest bag they have, probably a fry bag that he had stuffed past the top turning this ladies food sideways instead of maybe, IDK? OR IT IN A BIGGER BAG? I guess it's rocket science on how to fill a fast food bag now a days! I asked him for a bigger bag so he did could be packaged properly and not fall over in my car, instead of just handing me a larger bag he proceeds to run his mouth saying a bigger bag won't do anything different, I didn't feel the need to explain nor argue with an incompetent old fool who couldn't see common sense. The food would 1. be more stable if the boxes were flat in the bag instead of standing up and 2. the food would stay hotter as the bag could be rolled down a bit, the bag he attempted to give it to me in had the boxes standing up outta the bag and wouldn't close. Save yourself the heartache, anger and money and avoid this KFC...

I decided that it was time for a real good home cooking fried chicken dinner. So we went to KFC not only were the people wonderful The place was clean it was very nice they were very kind and they went out of their way to make our dinner fabulous. I know it's a lot of work I've done that in fact I know all about having to take care of chickens and eggs cuz I'm a farm kid from Eastern Washington and we did that every day so every Sunday we had chicken fried chicken and it was good My grandma's recipe was fantastic in fact she won a trophy for her apple pie not just the apple pie filling but the crust, I'm proud of the good food that people do and I really really enjoy the KFC that we want to because the food was great the people were kind we just felt like family I know that sounds strange but when you come in and they greet you the way they do is like almost being with family. Thank you KFC and enjoy the meal and I just ate a piece of chicken with some macaroni and cheese tonight lol because we buy extra so I can warm it up and have that good home taste and that good good yummy warm feeling of chicken and biscuits honey and anything you want great place great people great service I was very happy Thank you for having a great KFC...

Wanted to go inside. The men's bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The bathroom was not upkept. My fiance said the womens bathroom was the exact same. The a/c was really good. Although having the inside set at 60 degrees is rather uncomfortable. We decided to go to thru the drive thru instead. The lady taking the order was extremely pushy. Very demanding on what I wanted right then. I didnt even get to look at the menu and see what I wanted. I asked her to give me a minute 5 times. She began to argue with me on me wanting a number 17. When I asked for the special they had. The 17 was 1.50 more than what I decided. She argued so much that I go confused. Very irritated because I was getting walked over. I felt like she wanted me to eat what she wanted to give me. I decided to leave after i ordered. She seemed very nasty. I decided to go to taco bell next door. Let's just say, with taco bell right next door the service was very quick and nicely made. No pressure and excellent quality and service. I'm not sure what's wrong with this establishment but they need to have management talk to...
