Ichiban Teriyaki — Restaurant in Everett

7/2024 update, granted it's been awhile, but Ichiban Teriyaki seems to be under new management, as the 1st thing we noticed was the large price increases (which is understandable, but should not be combined with product degradation as well). Today we ordered beef teriyaki (which was very dry and tasteless), chicken teriyaki (which was dry as well), Chicken Yokosuba (can't comment on, as it's for a friend) haven't tried yet. The combined salad was only cheap iceberg lettuce with a watered down tasteless dressing. We really liked what it use to be. Needless to say, we'll be on the lookout for a better Teriyaki place.

2/2024 update: Dispite Covid concerns, these folks haven't missed a beat. Still great service, quality choices, and friendly efficient & tasty meals. Our choice indeed.

First time I came here I got a regular chicken teriyaki and it was delicious. I loved it so much that today I decided to call and order a Bento box. This little strip mall eatery is packed with surprises! Food is made to order with fresh ingredients. They have Japanese and Chinese favorites. Taste is excellent and portion size is generous. My husband and I can make a meal for two out of one dish! Service is friendly and fast. I highly recommend Ichiban. If you're trying to grab a quick, affordable meal, this is the place.
