This location is quite] possibly the absolute worse I've ever been treated by any associate in any store. The common person on the street treats me with more respect than these girls that work at this location. As a person who has worked in customer service my entire life, if these girls worked for me they certainly wouldn't have a job for too long. Starbucks and Safeway both ought to rethink who they have representing their companies. I unfortunately visited this location yesterday morning,, it being my first time getting my coffee from this location, I was helped by a young woman who obviously was having a very bad day. Our first encounter was just that, a young girl having a bad day. She didn't greet me at all, she very sharply says to me, 'what do you want today, I let it go. I proceeded to order the same drink I've ordered for the last 20 plus years. When I paid for my drink, she said nothing else to me, no thank you, no your drink will be ready at the end of the counter, she said absolutely nothing. I forgot to ask for a ice water for the 8 yo boy I had , had with me so I asked the girl wearing a filthy shirt that I'm positive is not dress code in any way shape or form. She was working at the end of the counter making the coffeeo for a ice water, again I was met with nothing but rudeness, so much so 5hat the 8 yo asked me why they were so mean to me. As I walked away and tasted my drink I realized that it wasn't the drink I had ordered so I brought it back to the counter, told Hayley that my drink was wrong, she snatched it out of my hands turned around poured it out in the sink and to my disbelief started to argue with me, very loudly, telling me that I was wrong that this was the drink I ordered, and then she said very loudly and snooty, "fine then, I'll make you a new drink, although you're wrong and the first one was just fine". I've been ordering the c same drink, five days a week for 20 plus years, I'm more than confident that I know what it should taste like, after Hayley herself made me a luke warm cup of coffee, I walked away extremely embarrassed and very upset. I don't think I will ever visit this location of Starbucks again, or Safeway. I am very disappointed in the quality of the people working for Starbucks and a bit put off by the...
Read moreThey have a large display for summer drinks, one of them being a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. I ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch frap, and the lady made it with no coffee (really??) and with no crunch. Just ice, whipped cream, and caramel....and tall, not grande (charged for grande though.) She kept looking at the giant picture while she was making it so she could guess what might go in it. Its LITERALLY their signature drink right now, it has its own display.
Tried to bring it up nicely to get it fixed and I got snapped at. She did a spin move and got back to guessing how to make starbucks..
I come to Starbucks for coffee. Not whipped cream and a bad attitude. She had a chance to make it right but she chose to snap at me and turn her back. That's not customer service. If Starbucks is unionizing and they are going to protect employees like this, I guess that makes me against unionizing Starbucks employees.
BTW, I'm a proud...
Read moreI prefer this Starbucks over any others in Everett, & I have pretty much been to every one. This particular store has always had the best Barista's, before it went toes up, when it became Haagan's & when it finally came back as Safeway. I was so happy to see it return, but was saddened to lose the old team. With that said, the Baristas at this new store are outstanding. I absolutely adore Jeri, she knows my order, my name & everything in between. She's a hoot to talk with & is such a cool lady. I like all the baristas, Olivia, the manager who lives there, I swear. Maddie who is so sweet, Amber whom I'm just getting to know. Occasionally I see a new face & always try to say hi. I know first hand these girls go through a lot, so be nice & don't give them a hard time. They do their very best. Thank you Safeway & Starbucks for having such...
