Wildman's pizza, pasta and pythons — Restaurant in Everglades City

Visited here 8/30/25, really wanted to come here because both my wife and I are wildman dusty fans and really wanted to try his pizza especially after watching him make smaller versions on his shows using his hucklebuck truck 😂 We ordered a medium with extra cheese and holy cow was the cheese piled on there!! The flavor of both the sauce and cheese was absolutely delicious and the crust? Perfect. I really wish there was more places like this! My wife the entire time was looking around hoping Dusty would show up "lol" but the waitress on duty actually was on the phone with him while we were there and my wife was going crazy haha. We ended up purchasing about 3 shirts and the python fat bar soap which smells absolutely amazing! Dusty, if you had those "Hucklebuck Son!" Bumper stickers in your store I bet you'd make a killing! Was trying to order, online menu shows brick oven pizza, different types of salads. Has none of the above. Was told they would make me a salad. Which i thought was very nice and I thanked her. Asked what choices of salad dressing. First was told they have no salad dressing. So I said never mind. She said let me see what we have came back with salad and dressing, with out asking if we like what she brought. Looked like blue cheese. I don't like blue cheese. To order the pizza was like so confusing. Ordered a large regular pizza with added topping of sausage and ricotta cheese. That was a whole ordeal. You would think I was ordering 20 different types of Pizzas. They kept walking away while I was trying to order. I asked for 2 large sweet teas. "We just sold our last two and I am too busy to make more!" I didn't ask her to make more. I could go on. But I am at another restaurant enjoying my evening. Obviously I canceled our order. Pizza seems to be their specialty, but I just wasn’t in the mood, so had the spaghetti with meat sauce … it was great and a large portion baked with lots of cheese on top. I would absolutely recommend it. Was enough for 3 meals, came with 4 garlic knots, which were awesome. Service was on the slow side, I was beginning to think they had to go to Naples to find pasta but it finally arrived and was worth the wait. I never did get the water to drink that I asked for. Ultimately ate my meal with no beverage and stopped at Circle K down the street for a drink afterward.

It’s a “very local” kinda place and seems family run. There was 1 young woman working and moving about all while nursing an infant as she flitted around the establishment. She was discreet about it and seemed like that was a routine thing for her, just not something I’ve previously experienced in a restaurant.

It seems they used to have lasagna on their menu, but disappointed, it’s no longer offered. Spaghetti was great however.
