A Scrumptious Feast by the Water: Our Unforgettable Experience at Triad Seafood Restaurant and Market
In the heart of Everglades City lies a hidden gem that has become the talk of the town for seafood lovers and family outing enthusiasts alike. Triad Seafood Restaurant and Market, with its serene water views and an unbeatable selection of fresh seafood, promises an experience that leaves you yearning for more. I had the pleasure of dining at this esteemed establishment, and it's only fair to share the culinary journey that swept my family and me off our feet.
From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance of the screened-in water view set a tranquil backdrop for what was to be a delightful meal. The gentle breeze and the soothing sound of water created a perfect setting for a family outing. However, it was the food that truly stole the show.
The coconut shrimp, a dish we were keen to try based on glowing recommendations, lived up to every expectation. The shrimp were fresh, succulent, and perfectly coated with a crispy, coconut-flavored batter that melted in the mouth, evoking a sense of seaside dining at its finest. It wasn't just the taste but also the presentation that made it clear how much care and passion go into every dish served here.
Equally impressive were the crab claws, fresh from the water, prepared so delicately that each bite was a testament to the chef's expertise in seafood cuisine. The sides, a wonderful array of choices that complemented our main courses, were prepared with the same attention to quality and taste. Every dish was a hit, leaving us satisfied yet eager to explore more of what Triad Seafood Restaurant and Market has to offer.
But what makes Triad Seafood not just a restaurant but a memorable experience is the warmth and hospitality that accompanies the food. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring our meal was perfect in every way, reflecting the establishment's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, Triad Seafood Restaurant and Market is not just about dining; it's about creating memories, with the serene water view adding a magical touch to the delicious, fresh seafood. Whether you're a local or just passing through, missing out on this culinary haven would be a regret. Perfect for family outings, romantic dinners, or casual meetups with friends, Triad Seafood promises an experience that's as delightful as its menu. Although the mosquitos were especially pesky (usually at night), the stunning scenery of the Everglades was worthwhile. Our waiter was extremely friendly, going out of her way to provide information on the stone crab. And the food was simply delicious.
We ordered the conch fritters along with the stone crab claws. Two sides were included along with the crab, and we picked fries and the beans and rice. The conch fritters were flavorful and paired perfectly with honey. The only downside was its steep price. The crab really shone, though. It was tender and extremely juicy; I savored every morsel. The restaurant was very generous with its delicious sides. The fries had a great crunch and a soft texture inside, while the beans and rice perfectly complemented the crab.
The Triad Seafood Cafe is an experience which promises tasty food and beautiful scenery; this single restaurant perfectly encapsulates the Everglades...

I had to wait to update once I heard from the bank so you would know this was honest. This place is very unkept and dirty inside. The menu was a piece of greasy, stained dirty paper folded in a basket and handled by everyone obviously. The bathrooms are very old and dirty. Some of the food was edible, albeit way overpriced for a place like this, and served in cheap styrofoam and plastic. Our lunch was $110. I reluctantly left a $10 tip and added the bill up before signing, but upon reviewing my bank account, I discovered they changed the tip amount after I left to 15%. Now I have to dispute it (on principle). The server didn't even introduce himself. Drive out of Everglades City to eat if this is your only option. I am very well traveled and eat at restaurants regularly and I don't write this lightly. 1 star...
