I just went there about an hour ago just traveling back home waiting almost 35 minutes for the most easiest order ever 20 Mcnuggets and two cheeseburger meal and two apple pies. i waited about 15 minutes because I understood they were understaffed. After 25 minutes I started to get upset because everyone else was getting their order except me. Remind you i was waited 25 minutes already. Then they started questioning where my food was and then the lady came over to me and said my apple pies were not ready. So I ask how long for the apple pies she turned away and did not even answer my question. Then she came over to me and yelled 7 minutes and i was not about to wait additional 7 minutes when they had my order on their screen already for 25 minutes. So I ask for cookies instead they did not even have fresh cookies they had to "warm up my cookies' so needless to say it took me 35 minutes without my apple pies to get my food. I ask to speak to a manager. The workers was like its going to be a little bit she is on the phone. After 5 minutes of waiting she finally came up there and talked to me and i said " I have been waiting 35 minutes for the most easiest order ever" and i told her what i had. There was people in the lobby as well and all the workers there had an attitude to all customers. The manager said to the customers "I do apologize but we are currently understaffed and you might as well go to any other restaurant because it is going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait so before my workers walk out and quit I suggest you go somewhere else'' Then she said " I am too young to get mad when i have been standing there for 35 minutes'' Never once have I made a google review but this place is terrible not to mention i did not even received my drink and the manager just shrug like she was not going to give me a refund or anything. And then has I was making my drink she said " All of our cookies are microwavable" Bad customer service rude employees and a bad manager for saying I am too young to be mad because she did not even know my age. Never again will this Mcdonalds get my money unless...
Read moreMy family and I went through the drive-thru Friday night. There was a total of 4 of us. We had told the young girl taking our order three out of four of our meals. When my fiance went to tell her the last order, she said "Oh my gosh!!" She then asked if our order was corrent. I told him to tell her "no, the two kid's meals were supposed to be double fries instead of apple slices" (which we had already told her). She was trying to add apples to order and then asked if "it was right now" in a smart tone. My fiance replied "I don't know, you tell me." She said "Yeah, it is." By then, we were aggravated with how she was speaking so he told her "Yes sir." She said "What?" He told her that she should say "Yes sir, No sir, Yes ma'am, and No ma'am" to her customers. Then her manager got on the speaker and asked what was he saying, so he repeated himself. She got an attitude and told him that if he needs to place an order, he needs to come inside". As we pulled around to park, the young girl was at the window looking and laughing. My fiance went inside by himself. After being inside multiple minutes, I went inside to check in and the manager was standing there arguing with my fiance. He told her that in the customer service industry, customers are always right. He deals with customers daily. She told him that the young girl running the window is a minor and he should not be having an attitude regarding her. I spoke up and told her that the young girl started it when she said "Oh my gosh" about us ordering food. I told her that we were trying to give them business and keep them open by ordering food. She didn't care. She said that she cancelled our order, which we were planning to do anyways. My fiance lives there in Evergreen and takes his kids there often but will not be back. Acting in this such manner and talking this way to customers is what...
Read moreI am changing my review from months back for the Evergreen, AL location. Service was better then. If I could give a negative 5 for service, I would. I am giving a 1 for food because items are missing. With this being the only McDonalds within 25 miles we usually go here but after today we won't be doing it again. The girl at the 1st window taking orders was paying no attention to what our order was when we ordered. When I arrived at the window I saw why. She had a cell phone propped up on the computer where she was placing our order and was talking with a man when we were paying. She used several curse words including the F word 4 times while the window was open and if I had a small child in my vehicle I would not have been happy until she was fired. So far this summer, there were at least 2 weeks that no drinks such as tea or colas were available, but ice cream and Frappes were. As soon as tea and colas were available, frappes and other frozen items were not...and have not been for over a month. We realize it is hard to get good employees and we appreciate the ones that are, but the attitude that has been shown to us today says a lot about how McDonald's values their family image! With the owners being Rice Enterprises, you might want to see what is happening ro your investment because it is not pretty from your ex-customers view point! As paying customers we keep jobs for your employees and with the Southern hospitality image it is embarrassing for people from other states to be treated the way your employees are treating your locals that HAVE BEEN loyal customers. I am sure we aren't the only ones that have been treated this way. Corporate gets the next message. BUT...from looking at the Google reviews it's easy to see why the location does what it does....NO one from the company responds to...
