Wendy's — Restaurant in Evergreen

A few of my fellow personnel and I stopped here on the 27th of June, 2023 while we were waiting for a meeting. Upon arrival, we walk in to find 3 of the employees sitting and talking amongst themselves (which is fine). We approach the counter, order, and are about to use the card machine to purchase our order when we find that the card reader does not work (which is fine). In finding that the machine was faulty, the lady sitting down (assuming it was the manager) stands up and starts rudely asserting her disapproval of the poor maintained technologies and structure of the place. We will have her known as 'Big Tamika' throughout the remainder of this review. So, they take our cards and use their card reader at the window to complete our order purchases. We get our order and sit to eat, but can not enjoy our meals. Big Tamika finds it proper to introduce the ears within the premises of a skirmish that transpired near her place of residence. The story was full of vulgarity. The employees are rude, the place is dirty, and it makes ghetto blush.

Can I give Zero stars?!?!? While traveling to the beach we stopped at this Wendy’s for some lunch. Arrived at 10:40 and dining room was closed. Drive through only open. We were told that they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch and it would be 15 minutes before we could order. So we left, went to a gas station to kill time, and came back. When we arrived for the second time at the drive through to order there were two female employees standing outside taking a smoke break right by the ordering screen. They told us it would be another 10 min. We decided to wait since we were traveling and didn’t have anywhere else to go. One of the employees opened the door and yelled inside for someone to tell us to leave. A different employee came on the speaker and said we would have to leave and come back. We asked why we couldn’t wait at the ordering screen until they were ready to take our order. She said we would have to leave and wait elsewhere because she was waiting on the lunch staff to arrive and there was no one to serve us. We left and went elsewhere. I wouldn’t attempt to dine here, they aren’t interested...

This place is not worth a picture and I strongly recommend that you choose somewhere else to eat at. HORRIBLE!!!!! This was the dirtiest and most unwelcoming Wendy’s that I’ve ever been too. No one greetings us. The cashier didn’t want to take our order and was complaining about being told he had to take our orders by another employee to take our orders. The cashier was on the phone and seemed bothered that he actually had to work while being at work. (Imagine that) And the cashier never washed his hands when he went behind the counter from sitting in the dining area to take our orders then to bag the fries. They didn’t have any napkins, salt, pepper, ketchup, etc., out and all the containers were empty and almost every table in Wendy’s was dirty. We even had to clean and wipe our own tables just to sit down. I was so turned off that I couldn’t even eat anything. They original burgers that they tried to give us was old, cold, and dried out. (Why would they attempt to give anyone something that no one would eat?) This place is too dirty to serve anyone and the atmosphere just felt unclean and...
