I regret to say that my recent experience at the Big Easy was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving at 5:20ish and placing my order for stuffed salmon, string beans, and cabbage, I was informed by the polite young lady at the front counter that it was cash only and I could pay now or when done(definitely should have waited). After swiftly acquiring cash and returning to the restaurant, I noticed that a few other customers arrived and ordered the same dish while some others ordered different items.
As time passed, I observed each customer, including those who arrived and ordered after me, receiving their food promptly, while I continued to wait.
When I inquired about the delay, I was met with indifference and was told she didn’t understand why either. It became apparent that familiarity with the staff determined the level of service, as those who engaged in small conversations with the owners were promptly served, while I was left waiting.
The culmination of this selective service led to my departure from the establishment a little over 30min later, with mediocre food and a considerable amount of hunger.
In conclusion, the Big Easy's service is disappointingly selective, and unless one is familiar to the staff, prompt service cannot...

The second we walked in the girl at the counter rudely snapped “we’re closed!” At us. I asked what time they closed and she said 9…We said we just were interested in seeing a menu and she said “we don’t have to go menus!” it was clear we weren’t the correct demographic to be serviced there since we were the only people that weren’t of the same demographic. And everyone else was welcomed there. We walked away and she immediately followed us and changed the sign over to closed.
