SNG: Burgers and Dogs — Restaurant in Ewing Township

I wanted to give more stars and gave it a long thought before posting this message. Figured I would give a local business a try after seeing them at the national night out promoting their business. I order 1 plain hot dog with fries, 1 chili dog, smash burger w/ fries and 2 cans of soda. $33 which I thought that was kind of pricy but if the food is good, I don’t care about the price. After we paid, we heard the cook ask if we tipped (which I don’t believe I need to tip if I am paying $7 for a hotdog and not having any tables or service) and then take his time making the food. It took 25 min to make this order… and there was one other order after got their food first. Time I can explain if there is a line out the door… but there wasn’t. Fries were not bad but they were just from a bag, hot dogs were alright. I will admit the chili was good. The burger was over cooked and dry. Was not...

Food is outstanding. Prices are very reasonable for the area. Many claim good burgers, SnG stands behind it. Huge burger LOADED with accoutrements. This little spot is worth the trip for anyone that loves a good burger or dog. The staff are incredible nice and care a great deal about the quality of food. The place is relatively new and needs our support to keep them around for a long time. One comment on the turkey burger. I am something of a burger snob and know the difficulty of making a turkey burger taste good. Hands down the best one around can be found here. Try the broccoli bites too, they are out of this world. One regret is I did not inquire about the history of the name. It’s very interesting and love the emblem that is used. SnG hang in there and fantastic job...

This was my second time going to SNG’s Burgers and Dogs this week, and I have to say, the food is good, and the prices are very affordable. That’s what brought me back. However, I’m big on sanitation, and I was pretty shocked by what I saw. The guy taking orders, who was also handling some of the food, was wearing gloves—but he was constantly on his phone, then switching back and forth between handling food and the phone with the same gloves.

That completely defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. It’s a small but important detail that can make a big difference in food safety. I hope management addresses this because I’d love to keep coming back, but cleanliness is a top...
