Nova Trattoria — Restaurant in Ewing Township

Everything we've tried has been fabulous! (The Caprese salad has been a no-brainer repeat!🙂❤) The staff is considerate & helpful & gives us a great take out experience! Each weekend we try something new, haven't been disappointed yet!

12/11/20 Walked in to pickup a takeout meal (haven't been here since pandemic started), the gentlemen "working" the counter was standing by a table talking to his buddy, laughing & smiling... I know this because neither man was wearing a mask. This is a tiny, unventilated space. Had I not already paid online, I would've walked out without my food. Definitely not ordering from here again (& now have to re-cook my food so I know it's safe to eat, since I don't know if any of the staff was masked, or sick). Beyond disappointed! I'll stick with the businesses that are taking this...

This place meets all of the marks. I’m quite impressed by this Italian Delivery spot! From the pleasant, patient, and helpful gentleman who answered the phone, to the speedy and friendly delivery person, right down to the three course meal, I have only good things to say. The rigatoni was delightfully al dente. The sauce was perfectly fresh and well seasoned, and the meatballs tasted like grandma’s homemade. Even the salad was delicious. Last, but certainly not least, as per the gentleman’s recommendation, I had the cannoli. This was the first time I have ever ordered a cannoli and it did not have a refrigerator taste. It was excellent, and the strawberries were fresh as well. Can’t wait...

First off, the service was great. Waiters are so nice and attentive and really care for their customers. The food is phenomenal. Literally the best cheesesteak I’ve ever ate, and the best pasta too. We ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce, and it was unbelievably delicious. The garlic knots and bread were also incredible and super fresh. If I could describe the food in one word—heavenly. And the value is incredible. Great prices for such delectable food. My mouth is watering just writing this review! You have to, have to, have to come...
