Valentino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ewing Township

I have been a customer of Valentino’s for the past few years, but today marked the last straw for me. I purchased an order through Grubhub & after an hour and a half I called the company for them to tell me that their delivery driver “didn’t feel like coming that far” and how they supposedly cancelled my order within the app (which was a LIE). I proceed to call grubhub, and the representative even confirms that they never gave them a call or notified them that the order was to be cancelled while also mentioning that the order was still ACTIVE on their end. So long story short, I still got my food delivered (not that I cared for it at that point) but one of their unprofessional employees delivered the food to my door and decided to give me a lecture on how I should be more generous with tips from this point forward so they wouldn’t mind coming to deliver to my place of residence. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again, they clearly only delivered the food because they knew they lied and grubhub only thought to give me a 10% off for a next order. I will be deleting the app today. As far as I’m concerned Valentino’s should be shut down at this point and I’m done with grubhub for allowing these shenanigans to go down today without more of a reimbursement. Valentino's recently changed their ownership and it has seriously taken a turn for the better. Their wings are phenomenal they have these freshly made wings which have a lot of meat on them. Not like some small bite sized wing. I've tried many of their dinners and every time they have come out exceptionally well. Delivery is always quick. Usually gets here within 30 mins and is always hot. King's pizza now owns Valentino's, both places have the same food and menu. Their pizza is always good I really like the Brooklyn pies with fresh mozzarella. The pasta is always good too. I think this is easily the best place in town for pizza, wings, and dinners. I always found this to be a nice little shop in the cut. Pizza is pretty good even more so if you get it topped with steak and onions, extra cheese( Pizza Cheese). I recently had a very bad experience. The guy repeated my order word for word and completely messed up my order. I'm all the way across town. For what I paid, I'm ready to put my clothes back on and go back. As I'm talking to the guys, it completely goes left. Ended the call explaining that you just lost a customer over some B.S.
