Please stay away from this paleteria. There’s so many BETTER places than here, the workers are some bratty teens with attitude and are rude. The ice cream is good but the snarky workers are the main reason we avoid this spot today definitely did it I found a bug in my ice cream. We were sitting outside but this isn’t a bug that had flown onto my ice cream it was stuck hard to a piece of the ice cream. I explained the situation and the rude bratty girl was like “well what do you want me to do about it” I told her I’d like a refund keep in mind it was 2 scoops of ice cream and I wasn’t even done with the first scoop when I found the bug. She laughed and was very snarky saying why would she issue a refund for something that was being ate already. We ended up leaving, the owner just stared and didn’t offer assistance or anything. Literally the worst place we usually go to the one in Austell everyone there is friendly including the young girls...

I’m taking my service somewhere else! Terrible place with horrible customer service!!!! I just bought from here and they are so slow and don’t respect who arrives first. I arrived with my mother and my niece... I wanted to place a separate order so my niece could get her ice cream quicker, but they said that the same person needs to attend the whole group... even if there are separate orders!! A man arrived way after I did and he left after a minute, while I had to wait for the lady who was working so slow. After I complained about the situation, they were so inconsiderate and did not care what I had to say. I will not be returning and for sure my friends are not either!!! I’d much rather get an ice cream cone from McDonalds for less...

I really don't recommend this place, I never come here, but I stopped here on Saturday, July 3, with a friend who buys from them often. She bought me a small fruit water and a mango with chile for her, She paid $12 for those 2 items! Then I went inside and bought my toddler a small cone with one scoop and bought myself some papas with verdura, and they charged me $11!! For 2 items? Are you serious? I been to the other Hispanic Ice-cream and paletas shops around them, and I never pay that much for 2 items! Probably for 4 or 5, but yes, stay away from them, and they don't even give...
