Las Tortas Locas — Restaurant in Smyrna

It’s really disappointing that as costumers who often visit this place we find our selves in such a sad situation. This place closes at 10 pm , my family and I got there at 9:40, 20 minutes remaining. When we got in line there was just one person who took 10 whole minutes just to get an item of $2. When it’s our turn the cashier tells us they are no longer doing any grill items, like tortas or burritos, that they only had nachos and flautas which were made minutes ago. It’s really disappointing because the food is good and they should know that costumers come in to enjoy a meal so there’s no use in closing early. Really disappointing night.. don’t know when I’ll get this place another try .. ||||||

Es realmente decepcionante que, como clientes que visitan este lugar a menudo, nos encontremos en una situación tan triste. Este lugar cierra a las 10 pm, mi familia y yo llegamos a las 9:40, quedan 20 minutos. Cuando llegamos a la fila, solo había una persona que se tomó 10 minutos completos para Comprar algo de $ 2. Cuando es nuestro turno, el cajero nos dice que ya no están haciendo nada a la plancha, como tortas o burritos, que solo tenían nachos y flautas que se hicieron hace minutos. Es realmente decepcionante porque la comida es buena y deben saber que los clientes vienen a disfrutar de una comida, por lo que no sirve de nada cerrar temprano. Una noche realmente decepcionante ... no sé cuándo volveré...

I've gone here 3 times the first time it was pretty good The second time it started with unfriendly customer service and the food was not as ordered and we paid extra for more avocado and other items but did not get what we ordered needles to say it was not good at all but we decided to go back a third time mainly cause it was good the first time and we figured maybe they just had a bad day with the last order so we decided to order one last time BUT YET again very rude customer service and the food was skimpish we didn't order extra anything on it we just ordered it the regular AS IT IS SUPPOSE TO COME but that was bad cause the way out was served it's a very thin small piece of cheese going down the center of the sandwich literally just the center the turkey was so thin and only two slices but they packed it with onions it had two small avocado pieces going throughout the sandwich and those are two very small pieces of avocado the only thing that was really portioned out correctly was a tomato I guess the fluke was that they did it right the first time will not...

This place is authentic Mexican food but it’s unsanitary. I got sick eating there. I got the chicken nachos. The chicken was good , as for the chips they were burnt and looked burnt orange. The queso was the worse of it all. The cheese was so watered down that it didn’t even taste like cheese. I mean I’m sure they make a lot of money so why…. Why water down queso. Oh yeah I almost forgot the cashier was so rude I was on my phone asking my boyfriend if he wanted anything from there well she got frustrated having to wait for me to finish that she went to the back pulled out her little cart of Salsas for the Salsa bar and took her time refill the bar. I felt like I bothered her or she got annoyed with me. I don’t understand why she would be like that. Is it because I speak English and Spanish she also rolled her eyes when I was ordering I mean I felt like I was wasting her time. I was man but I thought whatever as long as the food is good. It was disappointing all...
