Think about whose business you would want you money to go into.

If I could the rating would be no stars honestly and it was not the food just the service and environment!

For starters, I went on a Saturday for the Frescas con crema and Superman ice cream. I asked if anyone spoke Spanish and everyone looked clueless but once they walked away, I could clearly here English was been spoken by the workers. Before even approaching the counter and waiting to be called to come up to the counter, the employee had looked right at me then looked at the family who was next to me and offered services. Next once my ordered was placed I see that the employee was cutting a banana in the frescas con crema and I asked another person to let her know I did not want that and they ignored my comments. Then once I got to pay the environment was just so uneasy being there. There were children (approx. 4-5 yrs old) sitting inside away in the corner with no adult supervision making comments about my sons skin color and nothing was done from no one in this establishment!! I was disgusted and very disappointed that I was so eager to try something different and so happy about it to be let down like this. I hope that this establishment learns to appreciate ALL paying customers and understands great customer service. No hate towards this establishment because we are all human but I definitely will think...

I feel like I learned so much during my visit here. I was a little worried at first about visiting because I don't speak much Spanish this proved to not be an issue. While the menu options were mainly listed in Spanish, there were lots of pictures to go with it. There was also English speaking staff present. We tried a mixed very slush and the coffee ice cream. Everything with made with attention to detail and by hand. There are so many other things I want to try on the menu and can't wait to go back! I will also add that everyone visiting there was so happy after they received their cool treats. We had conversations with several folks as we sat just outside to eat...

Very pleasantly surprised walking in to Amparitos Snowies! Everything was impressively clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They took the time and went the extra mile for our special requests.

We went for Ice cream, but quickly realized there are so many snack & treat options. The Cotton Candy flavor and Cookies & COFFEE (YES, coffee flavor ice cream with Oreo bits!) were absolutely delicious & tasted fresh! The prices were very reasonable and this is a small business that our family will 100% continue to support. We only wish it was a little closer to home so we could visit more often. So glad we stumbled upon this shop!...
