Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Fairborn

I witnessed very nasty aggressiveness from the manager towards an employee because he was speaking Spanish to another employee and she (the manager didn’t understand them) so the manager wrote him up and sent him home. When I came back another time she was yelling at the same employee and laughing because she cut his hours to like 10 a week. The food takes literally forever to come out. Even if it’s just ice cream as simple as a cone. The music they play is a hilarious joke. I couldn’t even sit there long enough to get my food. They cram their Jesus Christian music down your throat and won’t change the station or even just turn it off. (I thought they were about pleasing the customers? And that’s a simple enough task if you ask me. Let’s get to the food part. Where my ice cream finally did come out (a blizzard) and was told “well someone left the freezer door open last night and melted the ice cream but I know what I’m doing” and was given a very melted soupy blizzard that he couldn’t even serve me the right way because it would have splattered all over the floor. I’d honestly give them zero stars if I could. This place sucks. I thought it was because they had just opened but after being opened for months, they should have it...

I ordered the 2 with a large drink. And pup cup I was asked to pull forward. They brought me my food no fry I went back in. The girl with all the peircings. Said. I asked u if everything was correct on the screen. Then she gave me a small regular fry .I get back to the car there is nothing hardly in thr pup cup so I go to take it back in and say I am so sorry but could I please get the rest of the pup cup. Even the other employees were like why did u make it thay small a customer is at the back booth she said what is that suppose to be I side a pup cup the girl with thr piercing went over to the table. And I guess felt the need to start talking and say I guess u can't please everyone how unprofessional. And i was walking away so i didnt hear the rest of what was said.First of all. If I am paying for something I should get it. But to talk about another a customer like that..... it's just wow. .. I'll be calling head quarters.... and of course. They didn't give me my aide of the cookie dough I ordered but I don't feel like going back in just to have someine talk more crap... next time I'll just go somewhere else....

I ordered 2 of the 3pc. Chicken Tender meals and paid an extra $1.40 on each one to get a large onion ring instead of fries. Took about 25 minutes to recieve my to go order. When I got home and opened the boxes, it was actually laughable and what was in the boxes. There was 4 onion rings in one and 5 in the other (they were also VERY overcooked). I am a female with quite small hands, and not one of the 3 chicken strips in either box was bigger than my pinky. I called and spoke to the manager who expressed "We get that alot" and offered to replace both meals. So the next day, I went in for the replacement meals, and as soon as I walked in the smell of burnt "something" was SO strong, it started burning my eyes. Whatever had been burnt, all the staff was just laughing about how bad it smelled. I didnt wait as long for this order, BUT I again get home and both boxes were EXACTLY the same as the last ones. I understand it's a "meal deal", but when the amount of food given, wasn't even enough for my 5 year old, there's a problem. Especially paying an EXTRA $1.40 for a large onion ring and given only 4/5...
