Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Fairborn

Every time I order from here, I have problems. Usually, my order is incorrect...regardless whether I order online or over the phone. This last time (tonight) I ordered online. It stated my order would be ready by 6:58pm. I arrived at 6:55pm to pick it up. After standing at the register for 5 mins just to add on a 2-liter and pay for it, the male cashier went to gather my order. He looked through every pizza that was ready. Mind you, these pizzas are just setting on a rack. No warmer over them or anything. Just setting there waiting to be picked up, getting cold in the process. After looking through every ticket on each pizza there (about 7-8) he then came back to the register and began helping the next person in line. Did not say anything to me. After another 6 or 7 mins, a female approached me asking if I'd been helped. I told her I was waiting o my order which should already have been done. Again...she did the SAME THING the male did. Looked through all the pizza tickets, then over to the cooler (I also ordered 2 salads) then goes right back to the drive through without saying a word! Finally after having been there for almost 20 mins, the same male and female began looking for the order again. They got my pizza, which was right there on the shelf this whole time, then grabbed my salads from the cooler which were done as well. Brought my food to me, I feel the pizza, and it is Luke warm at best. I ask the manager to run it through the oven again since it was almost cold and she looks at me like I'm crazy and says "cold????" I told her it had been setting this whole time and was only Luke warm. No discount. No apology. No nothing! This is the ONLY Donatos store I have ever had a problem with. I live in the same town, but from now on, if I order from donatos, it will be out of town. I will not go back to...

My mom ordered a pizza from this place n probably will be the last! and now I see why we don't order from this place have had problems before when we would call they would jus leave us on hold over 19 min before we got hung up on we tried to give them a benefit of a doubt this time n now regret it! The driver that brought the pizza was rude he legit set the pizza n the yard Not the the Porch but the yard where the ants n bugs can get into it didnt even knock on door had we not looked out wouldn't known he was here! then stood all way out in the street for my mom to sign paper like she had some diease, and his attitude was not necessary! when we called to let the store know the lady was even rude and had a attitude acted like it was fine for wat the driver did! If your that worried about being around people may be u should actually have a facemask on and gloves or maybe u need toto out that business and learn better people skills!!!! Definitely won't be wasting more...

Just once I'd like to a get an order that's correct or good. I know both is too much to ask for, but why does EVERY order have to have at least one thing totally wrong.

In this most recent gamble with ordering food, we ordered, simply, a garlic cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza.

The pizza was sub-par, but almost not worth complaining about; I've conceded I'll never get a hot pizza delivered ever again; but the pepperoni was a bit sparse and it was overcooked.

The cheese bread was replaced by bacon cheese bread. Not that bacon makes things bad; but it's not what we ordered...again.

Further inspection would show that said bacon cheese bread bore the unmistakable aroma and texture of raw pizza dough.

How something can be burnt and undercooked at the same time is beyond my comprehension.

It's actually quite impressive to be able to deliver such perfect...
