*edit on 8/27/2022 * I don't think you could pay me to go back to the Tim Hortons on a Saturday morning until most of the current staff is gone. I went in to get my daughter donuts for her birthday. Out of the 5 team member there were 2 that were attentive to the customers ordering inside the building. Mary was one & the person making the donuts in the back of the house. The 3 workers running the drive thru were constantly screaming at Mary to make their food orders as she was taking the inside customer orders. The worst was the taller, middle age woman (she had a nose ring that's the only way I can really remember what set her apart from the other two). Mary was in the middle of getting a customers order & the taller woman just started berating Mary for not getting their food. Mary then forgot something on the order for customer she had been helping when she was forced to abandon the order to help drive thru. How many people does it take to run the drive thru? I guess 3 because they just stand there & do nothing but scream at others. I have worked in food service & that lack of work ethic has always been a horrible thing to work around. The older customer ahead of me turned & said they are like this every Saturday. If I see those 3 lazy workers there again I will just walk out. (End of edit on 8-27-2022) (Orginal review is below) Very inconsistent service. Either it's great or they forgot almost everything. The food is always tastes great but the workers tend to mess up the order almost every time. I normally do not have problems in the drive thru but inside I've never had an accurate order unless it's just coffee. I've been going to this Tim Hortons since it opened the service has always been like this even through...
Read moreI stopped today and purchased a dozen donuts. I asked how many of the small round doughnuts equaled one donut, the response was 5. I asked for my order to be 10 donuts and 10 small round pieces with should equal 12 donuts. I was told they cannot mix the order like that. I requested my money back and left the establishments. I returned later after my meeting form which I was to get the donuts for and talked to a manager. She said that the register does not make possible to mix the small round donuts with the regular donuts. Also, she stated that if I ordered a dozen donuts and then they would substitute 5 small donuts for each donut that I wanted and they did not have. I asked how did that ring up on the register when I was just told that could not be done. I left very confused about this issue can get resolved. Either the register accepts them or not and how does the register know when you are out of a particular donut. Someone need to address this situation, I or my associates will not be purchasing any donuts until this issue is resolved. I know it does meant much to you to loose about 4 dozen per month in sale, but as I spread the word hopefully more will follow my path and go elsewhere. I am trying to get a problem fixed not cause any problems. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I highly doubt you will cause because you seem to do a good business and I am only a small impact on your franchise. If I do not hear back, I will represent you as I see fit. which is not good. A simple policy on training for the staff could make everyone's life a little easier in the...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. The food and beverages are fine. But as far as accuracy is concerned, I'd rather have a blind squirrel attempt open heart surgery on me than expect them to get a drive through order 100 % correct. Every time, AND I MEAN EVERY TIME, I go through the drive through, I have to park my car in the parking lot and see what they missed; the last 10 times by my count! I kept thinking, hmmmm...maybe this is the time all the stars align and I get everything I order. Nope. The streak continued through the high single digits and entered the incredulous territory of double digits. You would think, why keep going there? It was kind of like the Susan Lucci streak. Certainly, this streak had to end? Alas, it kept going. Now, with the last order being number 10, I concluded with my family's permission to never go to Tim Horton's again. I'm convinced they would screw up ice water. Forget the ice, probably. And their ineptitude isn't solely on the Drive-Through. I vividly remember on a rare inside trip when my wife ordered a Bagel belt on a different bagel than a normal plain one. I remember thinking she just broke the poor teenage boy's brain because he literally froze there like a deer in headlights until one of his coworkers convinced him that he could DO that. So, if hodge podge hocus pocus service is what you're after with a side of grab bag who knows what in the heck you're getting, by all means...go there. I am not....
