Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fairborn

Man. This was probably the BEST food we've gotten from Taco Bell in years! Finally, the crunchy tacos had enough ingredients on them and they appeared to have been carefully prepared and not just thrown together. Each item was expertly and careful wrapped, with no ingredients spilling out, or product exposed. Taste was phenomenal. Onions were added as requested. The cheesy bean and rice burritos with onions added were superb. I asked for lots of mild sauce which was included in my order. Although cars were lined up at the drive thru, staff was polite and friendly at both the speaker and the drive up window. All items ordered were accounted for and prepared as requested. Soft taco shells were old and hard around the edges. The lettuce was wilted and gross from tacos sitting too long and then being served to us. I couldnt even take a bite they looked and felt terrible. Also got the big Nacho box and the whole box is your nacho container. It was kind of messy but at least it tasted good. It could be in a better set up than just a giant box lined in parchment paper with a ton of toppings on it. I usually love tacos but not today. The tacos were inedible and shame on taco bell for even serving anything that old and inedible that my dogs were not even interested. Spent $24 on one of the grande pks and nacho box and few drinks. Ordered online, go into the store because I’ve had to make a habit of checking my order because of all the times the mess up the food. Noticed they messed up a five layer I ordered and the manager was very polite in asking what was wrong and letting the workers know to remake it. Then I hear a cook yelling “MOMMY! MOMMY! I made that right! I remember doing that specifically!” as I stood there wondering what would come next. The man who brought the remade burrito over said “here” in a very nasty way and I was able to exit Hell without the harassment of the mommy woman.
