Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Fairfax

I came here order 34 dollars chicken.the manager here.Alessandra and head manager Ezgi first they told me we have wings and breast only other spicy chicken is finished ...Then she told me you have to wait another 20 minutes to get fresh chicken when I get chicken was double fried mean once cooked again cooked in oil...when I told them they said again you have to wait 30 minutes poor service manager are taking customers for granted...Please it's my humble request to owner do not let your business to these worker ruin your business and name of brand....they gave my food after 1 hour waiting...I will never 10869 come and people to visit...

Rude drive through cashier. I let them know my name for the pickup order to which they confirmed, but when I got to the window after waiting 15 minutes the lady refused to give me my order until I showed her the order confirmation. I did not have service to show her that and I've never had to show the order to pickup since they have my name... she then gave me a snide remark that next time I should have that ready when I get to the window after I was able to connect and finally get the order confirmation. Very unprofessional, and I'm not sure I'll be using the app to order again or come to...

Updating this because I appreciate the business responses. This location is exemplary in fast and efficient service, from kind and friendly looking associates. I have never been given an incorrect order, and associates are up to date on current deals. Food was fresh and properly portioned for the day with no shortages! All associates involved deserve to feel very proud, and I hope this is passed along to the local manager. My home location for Popeye's is a bit rougher around the edges, but Popeye's is always delicious and always...
