We got the 4 taco to sample the meats. With the exception of the chicken, they were all made the same with an abundance of coleslaw and some crunchy onion. The chicken was our least favorite, it tasted as though it was boiled chicken with little flavor. The pulled pork and brisket wasn't bad. It just seemed a little sad they were all made the same way. We chose Smoke Worx to cater our wedding, and it was a great decision! Their food is delicious (the brisket and potatoes are to die for) and their extensive catering menu options can fit the vibe for any event from backyard barbecue to something more upscale. Loaded Spent Grain Pretzel (Pork), Pulled Pork Sandwich & Half Slab of Ribs. The pulled pork and ribs were very good. The meat was tender, and the smokey flavor was not overpowering. Both sauces complemented the meats perfectly. The Pretzel was loaded with pulled pork, beer cheese, and shredded cheese. The "spent grain" from a local brewery is baked locally into the very tasty Pretzel. I'll ask them to cut the Pretzel next time.
