If you decide that you want to eat pizza from this place you might want to order about 2 hours in advance because that's about how long it will take it to arrive to you. I don't write a review like this on a one time thing, but this happens damn near every time we order from here the past year and a half. I don't know if it's new management or what but when you order an hour in advance for it arrive at a certain and it shows up an hour past that time is unacceptable for the price you pay.
Edit: So the same day I wrote the above, they redeemed themselves slightly by the manager giving me a credit amount to my account. Decided why not go ahead and use that today, it's basically free pizza and honestly can't be too mad about it being late which I pretty much figured it would be. Except when my wife called to make the order the employee said there was no credit on the account. So she asked to speak to the manager. After being on hold for a half an hour she was told that the manager wasn't in. It's 12pm on a Friday. What else do you have going on that there is NO manager at the store? like not even a supervisor? really? I really hope that anyone from the leadership of this command on this base reads these reviews and gets rid of this place because it's nothing but a waste of time and money. I suggest anyone that is thinking about getting pizza and lives on or near base go to ANYWHERE else. Mike's Pizza, Straw Hat, Papa Murphy's it's about the same pricing and you will have to go pick it up since I'm sure they can't deliver on base but it'll be worth, you're not getting ripped off by the price and the pizza tastes way better and they seem to actually care about consumer/provider...

I placed a online order, 40+ minutes later I was contacted by a dominoes employee stating “I’m calling to tell you that it’ll be about 2-3 hours for delivery, so do you want to cancel?” I told her no and advised her that I placed my order over 40 minutes ago… she replies “yea well I just seen it, so do you want to cancel?” I again replied no! Asked for a manager she replied “I am the manager” I asked for her name she said “I’m not required to give that out” I ask for the corporate number and was told “you can google it” I asked for the store number… she said “I have to go so I can make your order” and HUNG UP ON ME!! Some time later I checked the tracker status online only to find out that MY ORDER WAS CANCELED. I called the store back to ask for a explanation and spoke to a nicer woman named Michelle who said she was just hired 3 weeks ago and the other woman (who told me that she was the manager) was actually only hired 3 days ago. I asked for Carl who’s listed as the manager online and Michelle told me that she doesn’t see him often. I asked why my order was canceled although I agreed to the 2-3hour wait time and Michelle asked me to hold for the other woman. Needless to say I’ve now been on hold 47 minutes & still counting. Read moreWe've had MANY horrible experiences at this Dominos but today takes the cake.... After giving them one last chance to get things right, we ordered and headed over to pick up our order. (We won't do delivery due to ALL the problems and having to get at least ONE if not all of our order RE-made every time.) We pick up our order and sure enough they have messed up my daughters pizza. She is lactose intolerant so it's not like she can just suck it up and pick off a topping or two!! After them playing the BLAME game trying to say it's MY fault and I placed the order wrong but "they would remake it anyway", I put my foot down and forced them to look carefully at the order placed to see it damn well WAS NOT my fault! On top of the wrong pizza, the other two pizzas look as if the guy who made them (he was extremely cocky, rude, and should NOT be dealing with customers in ANY manner!) took the "weighed out" portion of cheese and threw it in the center, then threw our pizzas in the oven. I'm beyond done with this Dominos and not sure I'll eat at another one for that matter.
