Fire Wok Mongolian BBQ — Restaurant in Fairfield

Fire Wok exceeded expectations. We brought a group of about 30, and even with another large party already seated, the staff was organized, friendly, and on top of everything. Service was consistent, the food stations were clean and full, and the team made sure we had what we needed throughout the night.

The Mongolian BBQ options were fresh and flavorful. They kept everything well-stocked, and the cooks moved efficiently while still delivering quality. The experience felt smooth from start to finish.

The space isn’t huge but was well-managed. There’s parking in front and overflow on the side. Prices are fair for the all-you-can-eat setup, and the experience makes it worth it.

First off let me start by saying the lady who help us was nice and cook but unfortunately the food was not up to pair. They had rotten broccoli and old pineapple I don’t notice the broccoli was bad until I took a bit into it, I just set the broccoli as side assuming it was maybe bad luck until I ate a pineapple same issue my husband brought it up to the manger and he obviously thought we are Lying and start to digging in the broccoli bin and said everything was fine my husband proceeded to grab the tongs and actually pulled out a broccoli that was so old it had block mold the guy and then apologized for the broccoli but then told us that the pineapple come from I can which we can clearly see but all they do is just keep adding a new can of pineapple to the existing one. It's a little run down space with a home-grown feeling, and the smallest Mongolian grill I've been to (only a handful of tables, and just one short counter row of ingredients). But that's the worst of my issues if you can call that bad. The selection isn't wide, but it's good quality and reasonable variety of meats, veggies, sauces, etc. And the heartfelt quality of the service is excellent. We had a family dinner, and our little one shared with the server that we were celebrating their birthday; as we left, the server brought out a couple prepackaged cookies as a birthday gift, unsolicited.
