Jocko's Chicken & Seafood — Restaurant in Fairfield

Jocko's is another example of a local business that you should not miss here in Fairfield. An unassuming exterior hides an excellent fried chicken restaurant within. The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, as the chicken and sides are substantial. You will feel like you got your money's worth when you come here.

The fried chicken is fresh, tender, and seasoned with an amazingly flavorful mix of spices. What else can be said? When you taste that crispy, crunchy perfection of a good fried chicken breast, wing, or leg, you simply know.

The sides are no slouch either. The macaroni and cheese is smooth, creamy, and delicious. The mashed potatoes and gravy have a wonderful beefy flavor and remind one of a certain 3-letter chicken chain, except more tasty!

And let's not forget the biscuits. Flaky and soft with a classicly buttery taste, these biscuits are exactly what I want to complement my meal.

Don't miss out on Jocko's just because the outside might look a little plain. Looks can be deceiving and you should NOT judge a book by its cover! I will happily be returning to Jocko's to fulfill my fried chicken cravings...

They forgot my son's whole meal. They also can't figure out how to put the right condiments in the bag. They charge for extra sauce but can't even give you the amount it says should come with the meal. Talked to the general manager and he was extremely rude and informed me they blow their sauce cost.... wish I could clue him in on the fact that when your employees give out the completely wrong sauce than the sauce you ask for, frequently, and you have to go back to get more.... it blows your cost. Apparently the guy has been running the place for a very long time and is clueless about what goes on in his drive thru concerning the matter. I'm positive I'm not the only one who complains because I don't think there has been a single time I've gone there that I 100% got the correct sauce and amount that I've asked for. Good food, terrible management and it's a dice roll if you're going to get your entire order. Last $30 I'll be spending there for quite a while which is sad because we like their food way better...

I just left this location and the woman at the drive thru window was one of the most blatantly rude individuals I have ever come across in customer service. If I would have been the one driving I would have gladly driven off without purchasing anything. My boyfriend and I asked her in a very polite way to change something on our order because we realized that we could get a better deal by getting the meal instead of ordering individual items. She immediately got an attitude and went to get the manager to change the order. As she corrected our order she was mumbling rude things under her breath. She then complained to us that it would now take her an extra 3 minutes to make our meal because we ordered an extra piece of fish. Last time I checked it should be her job to make more food when they run out. I understand that everyone has bad days but it does not take that much extra effort to be a kind...
