Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fairhaven

Service is fine and order correct, but this morning after I paid for my order at the drive-thru the cashier took my money, said thank you, closed the window and turned away without giving me the change. Granted, it was not a large amount, but it’s a little rude to just assume they can keep the change without asking if I’d like it back…I needed to get to work and didn’t want to hold up the line so I left rather than sit there and try to get her attention. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, the first time was only a few cents so I didn’t really mind but this time it was a larger amount…it doesn’t really matter what the amount is, it’s still my money until I give you permission to keep it. It would just be nice to at least ask...

I live 2 min away from this location and I am there 3 times a day for 3 different coffees. I have NEVER received a bad coffee or service from the day or night crew! We have tried several other locations only to find bad seecice and bad coffee! My granddaughter will NOT drink coffee from any other location! I will not go anywhere except howland road in Fairhaven! Kudos to all those employees and to the Dm for keeping them all there and keeping them happy. Love MY DUNKINS HOWLAND RD SHOULD TRAIN THE OTHER LOCATIONS! Never going to any Dunkin again for almost 2 week every iced coffee i get the lid leaks making a mess everywhere i finally call the corporate office and all they say to me is we are aware of the problem and they are working on it so why haven't they stopped using them it's because Dunkin doesn't care about their customers only about losing money on already purchased cheap lid i would like to know who is going to pay to detail my new car I've only had for 2 months now the only thing I got from calling Dunkin corporate office was a sorry time to go to...
