I want bring to your attention an unpleasant experience my family and I had at your restaurant #70022 on November 20, 2023, involving one of your staff members, Cheyanna. Despite our polite demeanor, Cheyanna's attitude was noticeably rude while taking our orders.
An issue arose when I did not receive the fries I ordered (as reflected in my receipt for order #106356). When I inquired about this, Cheyanna responded harshly, insisting I had ordered all hush puppies. Thankfully, another staff member at the fryer rectified this by exchanging the extra hush puppies for the fries I originally ordered.
Additionally, when my wife asked for takeout boxes, Cheyanna seemed bothered and carelessly presented us with dirty boxes containing particles of food. A similar experience occurred when my mother-in-law went to get clean ones. It appeared Cheyanna was irritated about being at work and assisting customers.
Other staff members stated that this is a recurring issue with Cheyanna, but it seems previous customers have been reluctant to file complaints. Having spent $60.40, I expected my family and I to receive the same level of courtesy and respect as we treat others with.

We ordered for 2 households and told the guy it was going to be a big order. As we told him the order he was saying "oh, Jesus Christ" while huffing and puffing and looking over at other staff. It made us feel awful and afraid to step out of sight so they could not mess with our food. We tried being polite and apologizing for a big order and the guy just gave a rude look. Read moreI'm frustrated by inflation and I don't think you can fix this. Unfortunately, fast food prices have risen too high too fast and I'm at a point where I'm not going to buy it anymore. I'm going to eat either at a sit-down restaurant or I'm going to eat at home.
But I will say that I love the food at Long. John silver's, the service. There is amazing, your staff is ridiculously busy but remain very courteous and often bending over backwards to help people who are often not very patient.
You've done a good job of staffing.
And until pricing begins to recover, if it ever does, I'm afraid many people feel the way I do: way too expensive.
