East Coast Custard — Restaurant in Fairview Park

Wasn’t going to post this but honestly after today I figured I should. So me and my husband and our kids are avid east coast custard fans and we just moved from Parma which east coast Parma heights best ice cream ever moved to bay village so we started going to Fairview and honestly after today I’ve never felt the way I’ve felt let alone I’ve seen the last two reviews so I know I’m not alone. We order the same order every time we go and we get milkshakes and always the jumbo and last couple times from here we paid 15 bucks for two and saw how much we got in our cups and realized for what we paid we should be getting it filled to the top and every time it’s 75 percent filled. So today I got it and this time I checked it before I left and said something and the manager literally made me feel like I was committing a crime telling me that she’s seen me and my husband drink them while we leave and that’s why they are low. One me and my husband have never been here together to get ice cream we normally pick it up when he’s at work. And two we are already paying for this ice cream every day for literally the last two years so do you really think we are trying to get a free one because we are trying to get one over on you even though we’ve spent about two years on ice cream Daily??? I honestly can say I’m done here and it’s sad bc we aren’t in Parma all that often but we will never come to this place again. I really hope that whoever owns this place realizes that loyal customers are hard to come By and the east coast in Parma would never treat...

Usually this is my go to place especially since it's 4 mins down the road. The custard is good and I don't mind the long wait for the drive through. Tonight I order my typical vanilla single scoop with a side of cookie dough no big deal right? So I thought. This time I got a single scoop that looked like a child size. I asked if it was a single because usually it's more than enough and the young girl rolled her eyes at me and said yes see it's two scoops. First off customers are always right and second off it was just a question that I could have done without an eye roll. Then I asked well can I get a bigger cup, and the girl walked away left the window opened for me to see her complaining to all the other employees. She handed me the cup back and just stared as I had to say have a good day and then she mumbled bye back. Is it hard to put a smile on and just say yea you too? Well you can keep your custard then and I'll take my business elsewhere like weber's down the street that has good custard with nice customer service. Never been so disappointed at an...

Photo speaks for itself. I know I ordered and paid for extra marshmallow cream. I wasn't aware that the cream was a liquid. Could not leave and go home to eat. It dripped out of the container as the server handed it to me. I didn't brother even attempting to go to my car with it. Had to ask for a bag. This picture with the banana, cherries and ice cream moved to top of cantainer, shows the whole bottom half with a liquid mess. Not even milk shake thickness.

Trying to sit down at the outside tables was extremely hard with the seats being locked down.

There was some good flavor in the product, but not worth me taking a break from my diet. Threw 80% of it out. Ate the banana...
