This is going to be my last review for Culvers because I won't be going to the Culvers in Falcon ever again. I honestly believe the staff and crew June 2025 are not all bad, but when you have a manager that does not help a customer when there is a problem then thats where the problem is and it trickles down to employees, I went there today and ordered a Concrete Shake for my grandaughter, I was the first in line and was told to park - ok thats not unusual for culvers, they make everyone park- so I parked and watched 4 customers park behind me - then I watched all 4 customers get there orders even though I was first- ok no problem maybe they reversed the orders and I just became last, they finally brought my one small shake and I was on my way home to give my granddaughter her much anticipated shake, when I got home I noticed it was the wrong shake- no problem mistakes happen and I went back to culvers falcon its just 15 minutes away- I got there and asked for a manager - the manager seemed irritated when I explained I received the wrong order, the manager seemed pretty young and I asked again are you the manager? and he said yes I am, so I said I received the wrong order, this shake is someone elses- then the manager kept asking me questions, how much did you pay, what did you order?wheres your reciept? Then before I finished my sentence an employee yells out, hey I found his order its right here and there sat the double heath concrete shake next to the register, the very shake I ordered, the manager handed me the shake after sitting for 20 something minutes. I looked at it and yes it was still cold but it was definetly melted, the manager could care less about the mistake - no explanation, no apology- it was just.... oh here it is - we gave you the wrong shake but here is the one you ordered, the one that was left by the register for a long period of time. managers need more training on ice creme products - more training on customer service. I was so mad he handed me the melted shake that I would just include it in my google, yelp, and any other review I decide to write on this incident, I see that this culvers already has a 3.7 score which means they already need some type of customer service training. Do better Culvers, not for me, but for your future customers. Sooner or later the owners are going to read our reviews and...
Read moreWe had an hour to get a couple of sundaes before we needed to put our one year old to bed. We live five minutes away.
An hour was apparently not long enough. And it went downhill from there.
After waiting in the drive-thru line for over a half an hour and watching multiple other customers get their shakes and sundaes handed to them, I finally went inside to see what was going on. Apparently they had run out of bananas and, rather than informing us and giving us the option of whether we wanted to wait, they sent people to Walmart to buy more bananas. I would have appreciated knowing, but hey, kudos for being solution focused.
However, even after they got back, we waited an additional ten minutes at least. I was inside by this point and genuinely started to wonder if they had lost our order (despite me having just asked about it). We left our home at 6pm. We arrived by 6:05, 6:10 at the latest. I wasn't handed our two banana splits until 6:54.
It gets worse. When they did start to bring them out, they were dripping all over the place, and I had to ask for a bag so I didn't get melted ice cream all over the car. I don't even understand how they're so melted already, unless they started the sundaes, realized they didn't have bananas, and then let the custard sit there until they finished nearly an hour later. All around atrocious experience. Management should be ashamed. We didn't get a receipt but I wish we had so we could report this experience...
Read moreSurprisingly underwhelming.
Culver's has a reputation of being a cut above the other fast food burger places, and my experiences there have usually confirmed this sentiment but my past few visits to this location have been quite unimpressive.
Last visit, while in the drive through I was told my card was not working, and that she didn't want to run it again because their point of service makes a loud noise. OK then...I got paid the day before and I know for a fact it wasn't my card, and usually the employees are supposed to manually type the info but nope, I'm just sent away.
Well I was determined to get some greasy goodness so I went inside and paid just fine with a different and much friendlier employee. And then began the wait. The notorious Culver's wait because the food is cooked to order, but dear Lord it took so long to get my food. Finally I leave and eat my burger. The buns were soggy, waterlogged from too much tomato and unfortunately undercooked beef that was quite pink and a bit bloody. This was by far the worst burger I've had from the place which is disappointing considering the rather hefty price tag compared to other burger places in Falcon.
The moral of the story is that your experience here will be hit and miss. Expect long wait times. Expect that you might be dealing with teenage employees who aren't well versed in customer service etiquette. And don't expect a...
