Have given this location multiple chances mostly for convenience but I think today was the last day at this location. Drinks have been wrong multiple times because there is no communication while drinks are being made. Just got asked 3 times which drinks I had 1 by one guy who was the first to ask then the other 2 by one girl who wasn’t paying any attention just trying to flirt with the guy. We sat waiting for our drinks for close to 10 minutes while other drinks were being the girl still flirting with the guy. People who take orders outside are always so nice and polite but as soon as you get to the window depending on who is there you won’t even get a hello… I’ve been going to Dutch locations for YEARS now and this one in falcon is by far the most poorly ran...
Read moreI have been stuck in the drive thru for 30+ minutes and cannot get out. I am still 8 or 9 spots away from the window. It's like being stuck on an airplane.... you're along for the ride. More cars have either backed out of the drive up or used an exit off of the right lane, than have been served in the last 30 minutes. There are at least four people working inside. No way it should be this slow.
UPDATE: 54 Minutes in line just to get to the window. I told the workers how long I had been in line and the young lady working the window told me that is what the person in front of me had told them as well. When the gentleman gave me my coffee, he did apologize for...

Lately though everytime I order through the app the order is wrong, quality of the drink is poor-ex all milk, no sweet cream, when I’ve paid for it, or too sweet where I can’t even drink it. When I ask about it they say it’s there when I can obviously see that it’s not. I’m not going to argue but hate to give up going there but it’s been this way for the last couple of months. I can’t keep paying for drinks that I have to Dr up when I get back home.
