Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Falcon

Just walked in for a hot and ready and as always and just cause it’s late and there only open a hour longer no pizza available so have to wait. Then guest walks in while I’m ordering cause they forgot something the young lady that looked like the manager and very unprofessional sitting on box’s that pizza goes in which In my eyes is very disgusting but she totally ignored the guy just looked at him then put her head down, the young man helping me finished then attended to him while she continued to watch very sad to see that this Little Ceaser’s has such poor guest services. People always wonder why business fail but they never sit and watch the people they have working for them. Then I get home to a pizza that she cut and she couldn’t even do that right but yet gets paid to sit down and be disrespectful towards guest...

I use to like this place for the pizza and the prices. Recently I have noted a decrease in quality ( taste, the sauce seems - or taste - that is just from a can and is room temperature, and the pizza is not crispy ...). I occasionally stop and buy a pizza for the kids, but it is not my first choice. The other day I bought a supreme pizza and it seems that they just took a pepperoni and just throw the vegetables on top. It did not tasted good and I was disappointed. The vegetables were mot cooked. I guess this people just let themselves go. Too bad, because I really liked their pizzas. I rate them now average. A pizza from a supermarket cook at home taste better than these pizzas. I suppose that it boils...

Just go to a different location if you want Little Caesars Pizza. If I could give this particular location zero, I would. I love the pizza but thos Falcon location is awful. Its not clean and the female manager seems troubled about having customers come in, let alone ask a question on a promotion. A management rehaul here would be a benefit, when I looked to leave a review and saw the only have a 3.9 I had to chuckle. I dont know how they have that many stars. The young ladies at the location have always been polite, its too bad thier managers are bringing...
