On December 7th I ordered two meals, one for me one for my hospice patient. I got to her home and noticed they had given me the wrong order. I called the facility and spoke to the manager on duty. I gave them my name and was told to come back at any time and they would make the meals right. Today I went through the drive-thru and order the two original meals. When I got to the counter the manager met me there and said that they had not taken down my name and that if I didn't have the original receipt from December 7th there was nothing he was going to do about it. I explained the situation and that I was never told about the receipt from December 7th. He was very unprofessional and quite rude. Even though he had my food sitting right next to him he said that if he did not have the receipt he would not let me have that food. I told him I could show him the withdrawal from my banking mobile app instead. This time he was even more stern and told me without the original receipt he was not going to do anything about it. I understand that policy is policy, and had that policy been told to me when I had originally called in I would have kept the receipt. What I didn't expect was how rude this manager was. Online ordered and then made the 15 minute drive to this location. It was 7PM on Sunday, wasn't busy at all with no one in the drive-thru and barely any customers inside....when I arrived at the drive-thru, was told they were waiting on one-item and to park my car. Ok, fine no problem. Except I ended up waiting exactly 15 minutes outside....if I had known it was going to take so long I would have asked them to substitute it with an item that was ready but they didn't even proactively ask this. When I finally received the food, I asked the girl why it always takes so long and she said rather annoyed "all the food is made fresh" and quickly walked away without even a simple "apology for the wait" or anything. If the food is made fresh then why was it just one-item I was waiting on when clearly the rest of the food had been "ready" and not "made fresh". I would have accepted an answer of "we're short staffed" (even though they were very clearly not busy even during dinner hour). Read moreUnfortunately our experience was all but good! First they had no fresh chicken fried rice.Nor did they have orange chicken. So we Had to wait for new batch of fried rice which had mostly rice maybe a couple of peas no carrots and no egg and also had to wait for new batch of orange chicken. As we waited for our meal we could see the employees struggling. About 10 minutes later they brought our order to table which was as wrong we ordered three different bowls. Teriyaki chicken, kung po and orange chicken. So we got 2 orange chickens and teriyaki. So they brought my kung po. We ate and came home. 6 hours later my daughter is throwing up and has diarrhea. So I believe that they did not fully cook the orange chicken. We were up all night with our sick child. I’ve had food poising and have witnessed it as well so I know it was from under cooked chicken.
