Today I had the pleasure of picking up a Meat Lover’s Stacked Pizza from Papa Murphy’s, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic! The team at Papa Murphy’s did an exceptional job preparing my pizza with care and precision. "The Preparation" Walking into Papa Murphy’s, I was greeted by friendly staff who assembled my Meat Lover’s Stacked Pizza right before my eyes. Similar to a “subway style” preparation, they layered all those delicious meats between the crusts with expert precision. The pizza looked absolutely mouthwatering even before I got it home - loaded with pepperoni and other meats, all fresh and never frozen. "The Cooking Experience" The beauty of Papa Murphy’s is that they do all the hard work, and I just had to finish it off in my oven. Following their instructions, I preheated my oven, removed the plastic wrap, and placed the pizza (still on its tray) in the center rack. The stuffed pizza typically takes about 32-40 minutes at 350°F, though the original crust pizzas cook faster at 425°F for 12-18 minutes. "The Result" After baking until the crust turned a beautiful golden brown and letting it rest for the recommended 5 minutes, I cut into what can only be described as pizza perfection. The crust was perfectly baked - chewy yet crisp around the edges. The meats were juicy and flavorful, and everything melded together beautifully. One slice was practically a meal in itself - hearty, filling, and absolutely packed with flavor. The fresh ingredients really do make a noticeable difference compared to other take-and-bake or delivery options. Value and Convenience For around $20 (or potentially just $15 if purchased on a Tuesday when they offer $5 off large pizzas), this pizza offered incredible value. The convenience of picking it up while running errands and then baking it at home when I was ready to eat meant I got to enjoy that fresh-out-of-the-oven experience without any of the work of making a pizza from scratch. Papa Murphy’s has definitely earned a solid 5 out of 5 rating from me today. Their preparation was flawless, the ingredients were fresh and plentiful, and the final product was absolutely delicious. It’s no wonder they’ve become a weekly tradition for...
Read moreHorrible customer service. We live 2 hours away out in the country. We have a friend who drives through there and picks up the pizzas we order. Twice now our order has been messed up. The first time the pizza was supposed to be half chicken. There was no chicken. We did pay for the chicken. We did not call and complain. The second time we ordered two pizzas. They only handed the friend who went in and said I’m picking up “person’s” prepaid pizzas for them. They only gave him one of the two pizzas. We called and they told us to just come pick it back up. Mind you we are two hours away and he knew this. I said we couldn’t drive 2 hours for 1 pizza. So then he refused to refund the card for the one unrecived pizza and told us our only option was to pick it up next time we were going through town and he would make it right. So called it in today and they refused to replace the pizza that had been the important to the kids one. They were rude. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager Derrick was quick to point out he didn’t appreciate being called on his only day off, a holiday (Memorial day) and didn’t make it right and said we should start going to a different Papa Murphy’s. My name is Jessica bull. Many of you know me and know me as a very easy going person who hardly ever complains. I am complaining now. This papa Murphy’s made multiple mistakes and was rude and did not make it right. He rudely stated how he would pay out of pocket to 1/4 fix the mistake they made. We all know he is not going to pay a dime. Falcon papa Murphy’s seems to be run by inept kids who were not taught manners and how to fix their mistakes. Instead these two kids threw fits got mad and didn’t make it right. We will never go to this Papa Murphy’s again nor will about 10 of my local friends who rutinely go to Falcon for their big monthly shopping trip. I hope upper management see’s this and hires an adult who understands that when you mess up you don’t get mad; you say sorry and...
Read moreUnder new, and indifferent, management! We really liked the previous owners and their kids. They were all so nice, and the kids were pleasant and respectful. Sometime last summer there was a substantial shift, one which I can only attribute to a change in ownership. Whoever bought the franchise has let things deteriorate, especially customer service. Employees are unfriendly, they ignore waiting customers, the phone is left to ring and ring, orders are incorrect and what used to be a spotless establishment is turning dingy. Every time I go in I'm made to feel like the employees are doing me a favor by simply acknowledging my presence. Since Pizza Hut is only a few doors down the owners may want to refocus their employees attention to offering improved customer service before...
