I tried to have a pizza delivered but they seriously don't deliver 4.5 miles away.
I was in a position where I had professional movers here moving my family in as we just relocated here. Nobody could break free to go get the moving crew lunch because my wife was working and I had to be here to tell the crew where to place things.
I called to request delivery and the snotty lady on the phone said sorry but you don't exist in our delivery area. That was just sad to hear. I said I only live four and a half miles away and I noticed the pizza guy pass by the other day. She said I don't know what to tell you but I can't find you in my delivery area.
We don't usually eat out but we do enjoy pizza. If I am going to have to make the drive to pick up pizza, I sure as heck wont order from here because they "don't exist in my pick up area" and "I don't know what to tell them".

Read moreI recently visited Pizza Hut to pick up an online carry-out order, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Upon arrival, I discovered that one of the boxes in my order was incorrect. The staff immediately apologized for the mistake and took the time to verify my correct order. They promptly remade the pizza and even allowed us to keep the incorrect one.
When I returned after 15 minutes to pick up the corrected order, the staff went above and beyond by offering a free soda as well. Throughout the entire process, they were nothing but professional and kind. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and I left feeling very pleased with the experience.
Thank you, Pizza Hut, for turning a small error into a positive experience. I will definitely...
Read moreSadly… Falcon doesn’t have many food options. With that, I’ve been buying pizzas here for over 10 years. The kids love it. I hate picking it up. The carry out staff has been nonchalant and rude 99% of the time. When you enter, a bell rings loudly in the back of the kitchen. I often hear employees on th phone taking orders or chit chat but they never acknowledge my presence. I see my pizza in the warming rack waiting for my pick up, and have to wait 8-10 minutes every time to even be spoken too. Can’t wait for the kids to be old enough to buy their “favorite” pizza so they can endure the lack of care or...
