Let me start by saying I normally don't leave negative reviews and I understand that there's always a reason for poor service. I ordered via the mobile app for pickup in 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes after ordering, expecting the meal to be ready in the mobile pickup area. Food was still not ready. Was told it was still being worked. Waited another 10 minutes. So a 20 minute order took 40 minutes to make. I ordered ONE BOWL with side of chips and guac. Watched at least six people come through the line and served in my 10 minutes waiting, not including the drive through traffic. I could have ordered onsite and gotten it faster. The woman next to me said she had been waiting for 40 minutes! Timing was the least of the issues. The meal was also prepared wrong. I do not eat dairy and it was smothered in queso. By the time I got to my destination and realized it, it was not worth the drive back. I scraped the top half into the trash (all the good stuff) and ate the bottom half (mostly rice and beans). They also gave me white when I asked for brown rice. I paid full price to throw half my food away. Super disappointed. I eat Chipotle at least twice a month and this is the worse experience I've had so far. They did not seem short staffed. There were 3-4 on the line, at least one cooking, 2 in drive through and one on the lobby register. It was 5:30pm. Lesson learned. Just order onsite so you get what you ask for and it doesn't...
Read moreAcross the board the worst, and probably the only bad Chipotle I've ever been to. Pretty much all centered around the cashier with the hair bandana, I think her name was Savannah. Anyways, as I always have for the past 20 years or so, I asked to have my burrito mixed. The guy making the burritos seemed taken back and asked the girl for assistance. She rudely replied, um Chipotle has never mixed burritos they get mixed when you wrap them this guy doesn't know what he's talking about. (I'm across the counter mind you). I replied with I've never had one not mixed I'm not sure you know what you're talking about. With more snark she said well I work here and I think I would know better. I said don't worry about it just hand me the burrito. She goes and finds the manager who informs her they do mix burritos, just grab a couple knifes and toss it around before you roll it. She came back with more snark and handed my already wrapped unmixed burrito saying I've still never heard of that, must be new. To top things off She charged me 4 dollars extra for double meat in a half and half burrito. Read moreThis location is absolutely horrible. We have given them 3 chances now and each time we are more and more disappointed.
The last time we went in we got chips and queso, they didn’t put the chips in the bag. My husband (who was literally in line with me) went back in to grab them and they acted like he was trying to get something for free and acted like they had never seen him before even though we literally just left.
This last time was the final straw. They took 40 minutes to service like 5 people ahead of me. Their line was absolutely disgusting. I honestly should have just left but I was tired and hungry on my way home from work. The food was less than fresh, chips were flavorless and hard as a rock.
I asked for dressing for my bowl and it was literally just all oil. The queso was thick and clearly not hot. I could go on but literally it was all just gross.
It really is a shame that this location sucks because I was so happy to finally get a somenwhat healthy restaurant in falcon.
They really need a complete overhaul. Until then, I won’t be back to spend $60 to feed a family of 4. I would have no problem dong that if the food...
