Got the Signature Fried Chicken since there was a deal on GrubHub. There wasn't anything online informing us of what to expect of the Signature Fried Chicken so we sort of went in blind. I'm happy to say that it was absolutely worth trying, as their "signature" is unique related to anything I've tried up until this point (I've had fried chicken from chain restaurants like KFC and Popeyes as well as small town places like Yang's in Providence and popular tourist destinations in New Orleans). I would describe this chicken's batter as crispy, but "light". I can't really emphasize just how much heavy lifting the "light" aspect of the batter is. It's quite tasty and unique, and I think on this factor alone it's worth trying for fried chicken fans. We also had fried with our order and they were above average from standard fare. I would almost say they felt comparable to Burger King's? Don't quote me on that, it's just what comes to mind for me.
The service was great as I came in to pickup a grub hub order but decided I wanted a dragon fruit beverage as well as a separate purchase. They were pretty busy there, but the person who took my order took the time to ensure that my drink was ready just a few moments after my food order had completed. This prevented my food from getting cold as I waited for a drink I ordered at the last second. That's great service.
The atmosphere is primarily carried by the employees since the spot isn't really anything fancy, aesthetically. It was a small location and it looked clean and presentable. I saw a kitchen with about half a dozen people working purposefully, and I didn't have to wait long at all to be addressed by someone. I'll absolutely...
Read moreVery unwelcome vibe. Idk if it's because I am an English speaking male however, I wasn't greeted for 5 mins upon entering the restaurant. Was pretty obviously ignored. Stood there patiently. All staff made eye contact with me. All females working. Figured it would be more up beat but it definitely did NOT have that going in here. Workers seemed to be gossiping about someone or something the way they were all so intranced with the storyline and not much concerned about being bothered with working. Then Tricia took my order and couldn't help use every chance you could to be condescending and passive aggressive. I've NEVER stepped foot in here before. I was getting off work and grabbing a quick bite.. I'm not sure why this place is run this way but it didn't seem like anything was outta place or new about this type of environment. Hopefully Management reads this. The food was fantastic truly really good It's different from everything else in Fall River . far better than any of those little dirty Portuguese shops that looks like shouldn't even be open to the public This place is a lot cleaner than any of those and you can tell that the owner cares I guess could help is...
Read moreEdit:today i tried the korean secret sandwich. Personally i wasnt a fan. But i feel like on tenders over rice it would be good. My friend liked it though. The chicken and waffle was alright. The chicken in both sandwiches were juicy but little flavor. The garlic fries werent bad. But my friend loved the fries (to saucey for me). My friend got the dumplings and was sad there was no ginger sauce for them but said the dumplings were ok. Definitely would come back for the corn dogs. And i still want to try more stuff like the signature chicken
First time trying and it was not disappointing. Staff there are so friendly and nice. We got one each of.. original, potato, ramen, cheeto and dorito. I wasnt expecting half cheese on top then the dog on the bottom but they were still good. Great cheese pull! Personally wasnt a fan of the tornado potato flavor but the crispy ness was just right. The fried chicken with the garlic sauce was soooo good. The bbq is different. I keep tasting not sure how to feel but its good. My husband is so confused about the sweet mayo but loved it (hes the condiment king) cant wait to come back and...
