Went here for a repair after a coffee spill on a laptop. Before taking it in, the laptop still worked fine, though it would get hot when charging. When we went back to pick it up, they told us it was completely shot, and to make matters worse, the RAM and battery were missing. We had to return later just to get those parts back, and even then they couldn’t provide all the screws because they lost them.

We later took the laptop to another repair shop, and even they were shocked when we told them this story. Absolutely unprofessional experience. I understand that a coffee spill can mean the end of a device, but that is no excuse to remove and keep parts without the owner’s permission. Laptop was completely dismantled with no help given to repair it. Stay away...
