As goes with any franchise the food tasted the same as it would in many other places the menu was the same as it would be in most places I was disappointed in the amount of whipped cream I was given with my medium hot chocolate drink the young ladies behind the counter are very friendly but she was a little scared with the whipped cream and all the hot chocolate because the whipped cream did not come to the top of the cup when I ordered a hot chocolate at other Dunkin' donuts the whipped cream usually touches the lid at this particular Dunkin' donuts it was just a melty messy little spot on top of my hot chocolate I was very disappointed needless to say as it was very early in the morning about 7:00 a.m. and I was about to take a very long drive of about 800 miles mostly Non-Stop and I needed my hot chocolate with a good amount of whipped cream because it does tend to melt very fast but if you have the right amount of whipped cream it makes the hot chocolate so much more creamier and sweet. Also my younger brother ordered the breakfast sandwich the one with eggs bacon and cheese I left the truck briefly to ensure that my shipment was secure and when I returned I was hit with the smell one which I can only describe as like someone farted I never smelled a Dunkin' donuts sandwich sandwich smell so bad or bad at all for that matter he also said that bacon was undercooked I told him I think the eggs were also not up to par because I never smelt them like that. This is our first time going to that location so I can't tell you if it's a common thing for their sandwiches to smell bad but I can tell you at Dunkin' donuts, the ones I have went to usually has nothing but the most delicious things to eat! listen....I work in food service myself. though for a different company, I know some of the bottlenecks that can occur in QSR and in the kitchen and all that. that being said however, I haven't been able to wrap my head around how four food items takes employees asking me a multitude of times for the order name, etc. I almost feel bad and would want to apply to work at this store. but I feel like that would be hell on earth if this is how the store generally performs.

Read moreI went through the drive-through and immediately got a rude attitude by the girl taking my order. I got to the window and the girl with the pink hair, believe her name was Tina. Didn’t even acknowledge me, open the window and told me the total, didn’t even repeat what I ordered. I got my card back and she slammed the door and just sat back while I saw all her other co workers running around like crazy trying to handle the rush they had. There was no sense of urgency for this woman. When I got my food I said “Have a good day” the door was then slammed on me again! Dunkin’ Donuts if you’re going to hire people like this, maybe she shouldn't be a greeter. She also needs to work on team work skills because she obviously doesn’t have any.
