Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fall River

The service I received this morning from here was absolutely awful!! I used the drive thru and after giving my order the woman taking my order never told me “ok drive up” or I was all set to drive up so I was waiting to here she had successfully taken my order and after about 15 seconds she rudely says “you can drive up!” I almost didn’t tip after that but I understand that tips are shared & the other workers don’t deserve to have $$ taken from them because of 1 person. After pulling out of the drive thru I immediately checked my order & realized I was missing the first item of food I ordered. Not a problem right, mistakes happen. So I go inside & stand to the side to wait to let a worker know I’m just missing 1 item. The woman making the food comes to assist me & then tries to find out where the missing item is, well then here comes this platinum blonde female and aggressively walks up to me and says “what did I do?!?” & looks at me as if she wants to fight me over a sandwich! I tell her everything else was correct I was just missing 1 sandwich. She literally says nothing back while the extremely polite & professional woman who came to assist me to begin with walks her away & tells her to go back to the window. She then goes to make the sandwich for me without hesitation. While I’m waiting for the sandwich I can hear that same blonde girl running her mouth all the way from the back while the MANAGER continues to stand there the entire time & says nothing about any of it!!! Needless to say COMPLETELY unprofessional!! Absolutely ruined my morning! From one service industry worker to another that girl doesn’t belong working with the public If she was ready to fight a customer over a CROISSANT! Manager may also need a refresher course in enforcing professionalism in the workplace. I live accross the st from this location been going there for more than 5 yrs. Even my 3 kids go there and spend money every single day theres is a really really good employee there named nicole shes the sweetest person in the world but every other month they find the worse person to put in the drive tru window is always some old bitter lady with no goals or ambition to make a good impression on the franchise. Ive never wrote a review like this but i had enough. Last week i made an online order and when i went to pick it up lady gives me a hot cofee i dont ever drink hot coffee and she goes well this is what you order and shoves it to me since i was in a rush to go to work i grabbed it and didnt say nothing and trew it out just like i did with my money so today i order from the outside and ask for iced mocha regular when i got to the window i can tell the coffee in the old bitter ladys hand was NOT mocha so before she handed to me i said thats not what i order and right away she catches an attitude and goes IDK what u ordered like really???? Im not on welfare or anything like that i have to work for my money and today was not the day to just trow it away like that so she went and finds my mocha and gives it to me with the meanest face. Im not the type of person to let u slap me in the face twice without saying nothing today was the last straw since they are all girls i am not going to argue and fight with females (I love females) but they have to fix their attitude its not my fault thats the job u chose to do if you dont like it maybe you should so something else. I was told I had a job on the 3, they have been giving me the run around. I worked 2 days with a manager, then on the 3 day I came in their was a new manager, whom sent my home because I did not have non resistance shoes, they were coming in the mail. The same manager was supposed to train me but was at a meeting, and just threw me off to another staff, so I was told I was a no call no show. I received the shoes ever since the incident, I been trying to speak to a manager she is always at a meeting, or not their. The staff are very unprofessional and make a new comer feel not wanted. So as of today I'm giving up calling. I don't know why it's so hard too give someone a yes or no answer informing that thee employee are not working...
