Hello, I ordered takeout from the Fall River location tonight and I ordered a combo #2 with chips and guacamole and I was told my order would be done in 15 min. When I arrived at the restaurant, I paid and then waited for an hour. I was then told that my food was never made because a certain item couldn’t be made anymore. They proceeded to give my money back to me, but then said that they needed it back if I wanted my food. They said that the manager would give me a discount on the guacamole. At this point I would think that if one would want a customer to come back again, they would refund my money and give me the food after waiting for about 1 hour and a half. It was absolutely ridiculous, and I believe that I should've been refunded the rest of my money. My bill was $24 and change. They took $8.95 off my bill but I think that I should’ve gotten a refund of the rest of my money as a token of proper customer service. It was not my fault the the inconvenience of not making an item anymore occurred. I was not happy with this service at all. The food is amazing at the restaurant, but I’ll probably never order...
Read moreOne of the charms of the Fiesta brand is that its dine-in locations are crafted with realistic palapas that transform the building into a living, breathing miniature world. My table, for example, was flanked by a forest of wooden columns and a thatched roof, setting the scene for what's not just a meal, but a memory. The pollo con crema is a stunner, though it will never quite be the legend that they serve at the original Somerset location. The sauce is less liquid, and the salt is more prominent in Fall River, but it at least preserves the brotherly, savory flavor carried on by this troupe of cooks. It also helps that the tortillas are as warm and fluffy, and the chips are as crispy and thick, as ever. The service is wonderful, and not a second passes by without genuine care for the client. Fiesta Restaurante Mexicano, mostra su abilidad por las generaciones futuras, por favor. Deseo mucho que tenere todo el amor y la apreciaciòn del estado de...
Read moreCame here for dinner on Cinco De Mayo. Wait was short for the holiday, only about 15 minutes. We were seated and served quickly despite the busy night. The food was very good. I had the Carne Asada which was excellent. My wife got a birria burrito. She wasn't crazy about it but I tried it and thought it was delicious. She had never tried one before so it just wasn't what she thought. The refried beans deserve mention because they were possibly the best I've ever eaten. And the homemade salsa they put on the table is out of this world! Grab some to go on your way out! The atmosphere is very pleasant and what you would expect in a Mexican restaurant. Overall very pleased with the experience and we will definitely return here. One negative is that the parking is very limited. We had to park nearly a block away. It was Cinco De Mayo after all so we expected it to be busy but more parking...
