Minerva's III Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fall River

Have been ordering from Minerva’s since they’ve been around. They are our pizza go to. Everything on their menu always exceeds expectations whether it’s pizza, pasta, grinders, sides, or seafood. The owner has always been good to us and we’ve hardly ever had to complain. The only complaint we’ve ever had is when they hire new, terrible staff. The last delivery we had the delivery guy tried to give us the wrong food, wrong receipt for a completely different order of the wrong food, went back to the car for a THIRD time, brought our food in and put it on the ground to dig out our receipt. THE SERVICE:

Overall customer service experience felt sterile. Employees were neither rude or friendly. I approached the counter and was met with a neutral glance vs a welcoming greeting. It’s not my expectation or desire for an employee to shout a greeting across a restaurant when a customer enters. However, once a customer is being served, it’s baseline etiquette to initiate a greeting.

My order was hot and ready at the designated time.

THE FOOD:

Meh. I ordered the mini pizza. The flavor profile and texture reminded me of the pizza style Lunchables- unremarkable but edible.

It pains me to do this but you will soon understand why. I personally been ordering at least once a week for the whole family 60 to $70 normally. Steak and cheese is awesome salads are good pizza is great blah blah blah but they hired a new guy and he's a moron. The last two times we've ordered they screwed it up and I haven't said anything until today. Ordered turkey bacon club said it three times no bacon. Called talk to the owner and the son of a gun wanted to charge me for another one but give me $5 off. I'm not ordering from there anymore unfortunately at least until they get rid of that dumbass.
