Where to begin, upon walking into the restaurant I was personally greeted by the owner. A very charismatic man who genuinely want me to enjoy the food. There's definitely a lot of pride in his establishment. This was my first foray into Haitian food, the server was very patient and explained the dishes so that I could make a good choice. Presentation of the food was lovely, I'm a big eater and I left quite satisfied. I ordered the fried beef, it was lightly seasoned, if I was to order again I would order it medium well as opposed to well done I think that would have complimented the spices better.
