The bartender behaved unprofessionally by causing unnecessary stress with unfounded assumptions and accusations.
Instead of asking questions or verifying facts, she accused us of lying and doubled down even when provided with evidence proving otherwise.
To make matters worse, she encouraged other patrons to act rudely, creating a hostile atmosphere. When it became clear she was in the wrong, she failed to apologize, missing the chance to take accountability and resolve the situation.
This was truly a bizarre experience. In all my years, I’ve never encountered anything like this. Making accusations, especially when they can easily be proven incorrect, helps no one.
We understand that everyone has bad days, but there’s a proper way to handle situations, and this wasn’t it.
Unfortunately, this incident has cost the establishment at least eight customers, as we’ll no longer be returning or bringing friends and visiting family.
We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
I hope she chooses to reflect and work on her customer service and professionalism, as continuing on this path may drive away...
