I wanted to order wings but three of the closest Pizza Huts were out of them this evening. So I had to order from this restaurant which is 45 minutes away. When I went though drive thru I asked the server if he was sure it was all there and he said yes it was. I was driving alone so I put the order on the floor passenger side and headed home. About 20 minutes into drive I thought I better check and sure enough - no wings. I tried calling the restaurant several times to let them know i was coming back but phone was out of order. I called my wife and she tried from home both the landline and her cell and same issue - phone was not working. By the time I got there I was very upset and told the woman what had happened. Her only question was was she the one who forgot. I said no but told her how upset I was having driven 45 minutes to get there and leaving without wings and finding out 15 minutes into my drive home. There was also an issue with my order as some things I ordered were not delivered and other things were not cooked all the way and were raw dough. I tried calling my Pizza Hut but it kept hanging up or forwarding me out of the country to their call centers and they could not even contact my local Pizza Hut either. So I got no replacement food and no refund. I have to wait a week for the "supervisors" in the customer satisfaction department to get back to me. This problem could have EASILY been fixed if I could talk to someone at the actual restaurant. This is the Fairless Hills, PA restaurant. Read moreI ordered an online order when I arrived at the window the person at the window said my order was not done and it would be a two min wait. I asked her should I come back or wait and she said wait. 5 mins go by I still don’t have my food the car behind me is honking at me so I go in to get my order . The serve by the name of “V” walked pass me I told her I’m here for my order. She prints the order receipt and stares at it so hard and then bring me a box but not my drink. So I told her I got a drink with my order she goes back walks slowly to me and hand me my drink. I asked for a ranch because I got wings and she’s goes the register and says that it would be .82 cents. I paid it. I’m guessing the computer system is outdated because to ring up a ranch sauce it took about 2 mins of me waiting. After I waited in the drive through then waited again for a worker to be available then waited again for my food then my drink.
