Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Fargo

My daughter ordered herself, my granddaughter & I a Carmel highrise blended and brang back coffees with cubes of ice not blended and no whipped cream topped with drizzled Carmel. This is her and my granddaughters first time having Caribou coffees which I brag about all the time & their super disappointed as well as myself. I just want to thank the Caribou Coffee Employee at the #Hornbackers on 45th in Fargo for his kindness. As I'm crying my eyes out (cause I'm just emotional today and it was my breaking point) I tried ordering and he mentioned they didn't have what I asked for. Well, idk made my cry even more (I know dumb, but it wasn't even about the sandwich) so I ordered something different. He baked it and then said it was taken care of. He didn't let me pay for it.
