My Dad & myself happened 2stop @Great Harvest Bread Co. by a complete chance! It just so happened that I had 2 healthcare appts @Essentia Health w/approx an hour in-between my appts 2hurry & eat. FYI: we each reside 90+ miles away. Both my Dad and myself had never been there before. Upon walking in the door; we were Immediately welcomed & offered a variety of breads 2taste. I, myself am a VERY picky eater & unwilling 2try anything different OR new! However, after a taste of their Cottage Dill bread, and a sample of their Oregan bread; I was SOLD!! Iâm factâ my tastebuds couldnât get enough! I embarrassingly asked 4additional samples⊠& yanked my Dad backwards 2try 2breads he missed! We purchased the Cubano (?) panini sandwich for lunch along w/2 pkgs of the Choc Chip cookies đȘ and a loaf of the Cinnamon bread (thankfully it came withOUT raisins)!! My Father also received a military service discount. After sharing the most mouth-watering sandwich, I âattemptedâ 2make the same panini sandwich the following day. Although it didnât exactly match the flavorful taste of the Great Harvest Bread Co. Iâd like 2say⊠it was a close second! LoL! đ However, their cookies could not compare to MY well known baking skills by a mile!! Of those I hesitantly shared a 1/2 a cookie or so w/my sister, her friends & my grown daughter⊠which was followed by moans & Wowâs! Begging me 2tell them âWHEREâ I got them! Also, my daughter, inhaled 1/2 a loaf of the breads in less than 2days⊠semi-apologizing 4eating it all & not sharing! Now, ALL the members of my immediate family, my neighbors, my 3 fav baristas along w/a few friends of my ownâ (those I sparingly shared with)âensure that the next person they know traveling 2Fargoâ will make a stop 2pick up their favorites! And not just for themselves, but 4their friends also! Especially those chocolate chip cookies that NONE of usâ can get enough of!! My advice: RUN, donât walk & whatever you do⊠donât forget about checking this place out!! Believe me, coming from the worldâs most PICKY eater⊠ur tastebuds will regret not trying the cookies, breadâs & sandwichâs made IN HOME @ this AMAZING store!! Btw- staff is exceptionally helpful & kind! Able to answer ANY questions about their products u might have! Doesnât get ANY...
