I forgot to take a picture as I was so hungry but I will definitely be back! Initially, I was a little disappointed at the size of a "regular" sub (given it's $8+ price) but was thankful of its somewhat diminutive stature while only halfway tbrough the sandwich. This bad boy is piled high with quality ingredients.

The meats and cheeses are the main event which are freshly sliced for each sandwich and not buried in filler lettuce. As it was my 1st time visiting, I was unsure of what else I could add but also wanted to get a baseline of how they suggested the sandwich. I don't recall any onion so I'm wondering it it were forgotten and this definitely could have used an extra layer of crunch. The added spices and oils added some flavor but probably wouldn't be missed were you to skip them. There were banana peppers in the veggie tray on display and I would take advantage of them next time if they were a free add-on option.

The real surprise of my visit was the Agave Cream Soda available in the fountain soda machine. I can actually foresee a future visit just for the soda. Delicious flavor and not overly sweet.

The staff was very attentive, personable and knowledgeable regarding promotions which is a big plus for me. It's all too common in the F/M area to visit a restaurant where the staff just blankly stares when you ask about current promotions or present them with coupons or vouchers.

Quality seems to be a main focus so if you can overlook the $10+ pricing for a sandwich, chips and soda, Jersey Mike's is a great option when you're craving a really great sandwich. I am very excited to return for one of their...

It was 6:50 pm on Wednesday, February 1st. I’m thinking I want a cheesesteak, it’s what I came in for. The guy running the place is thinking otherwise-says “It’s gonna be 10-15 mins, we’re really busy would you like a cold sub instead? Umm no. I almost walked out because I made up my mind-but he kept telling me we can make a cold sub. So I settle for an Italian but it’s not what I want. At the last minute I decided I am gonna have a cheesesteak and that’s what “I” want. From working as a cook in several places throughout my adulthood-including Philly’s Best, a cheesesteak chain in the west coast, I can tell you it’s NOT busy. I’m sorry if the cook is overwhelmed-but that’s just part of the job. It’s bad customer service, and frankly I probably will never come back. I can run circles around all of those workers back there. I worked at one of the busiest cheesesteak places in Burbank, CA and believe me the line was out the door and it was non-stop til 5 pm usually. I hope you have a talk with you staff, because this is not what a business does to keep customers. I can see and feel the frustration on the cooks face because I decided I wanted what I came in for. Great food. One thing I would add is that I ordered my food online to speed the process up for everyone. I arrived and their sat my food behind the counter. It was obvious I was their for an online order but the cashier had no clue just kept helping the customers in line. Why have a spot on the floor for pick ups when I have to stand in line anyways? Frustrated. This is the third time this has happened to me doubtful ill keep using the service.

Update 6/28/23 trying to order online again... once again im sitting while customers are coming in long after me going through the lines. Why do you have us order online if it's WAY faster just to stand in line? You guys are backwards. You are making it hard for me to keep coming back.

Update 8/24/23 think I'm done with this location. Every time we go there our order is missing something or a sandwich is wrong. This time we ordered 3 small cookies and a large cookie... received 4 small but paid for the large cookie. I don't get it why this is so hard...
